Her banana cream pie is my personal favorite.

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“This has become one of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and the staff is always so friendly. Even when busy this restaurant is always clean. I highly recommended this place.“

“Stopped in on a whim today as we were in the area. Google gave 4.9 stars and we were not disappointed. From the greetings when we entered the door to the delicious BBQ burger and fall off the bone baby back ribs everything was great! We definitely plan to return to try other key items on the menu!“

“Warm greetings from the time we walked into the door. The hosts were very lively.

Colton was our server for lunch. He was very tentative, very helpful and made sure our drinks never went unfilled. Our family of 5 is very pleased with our experience.

Cookies are getting more expensive but the quality seems to be the same, if not a bit less satisfying as the only cookie that I always recommend is the original chocolate chip one as it’s tried and true. They have different flavors often and are innovative but most of the time it’s doing too much so I am now sticking to the original only. Would definitely recommend this place but not too often as the calories definitely add up while your wallet is the only thing getting skinnier.“

“The smoothies here are always on point and refreshing, and recently I tried the food, which is also great! I had the PB & Strawberry toast, which also came with delicious honey and salt which really brought out all of the flavors well. I also had an order of the butter pretzel bites and they too were delicious! It's not very often you get food this good at a reasonable price at smoothie places but this one nails it! “Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.“
