Costco sells their gift cards worth $100 for an $80 price, so that’s a good option if you know you’re gonna go back a few times. Order ahead using that app for faster delivery so that you can get in and get out in a jiffy“

Back in December, my family was dining there when the owner came over and shared his story behind Riley’s, a tribute to a beloved Labrador who changed his life. He took the time to truly connect with us, and we left thinking, “Wow, this guy is different. He cares.” Fast forward seven months, and I reached out to him with a heartbreaking story about our extended family’s red fox lab, Wrigley, who we lost suddenly and tragically. I hoped he could do something small to honor Wrigley, but his response overwhelmed us. He listened deeply, reacted with empathy, and went above and beyond to honor this pup in a way that brought us comfort and healing. Riley’s on Sutter has now become a special place for our family to gather and remember Wrigley. Beyond the incredible kindness of the owner, the food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They use natural ingredients and don't rely on MSG to create flavorful meals. I would highly recommend trying them out for take-out or dine-in. They have a casual dining area but are also excellent for a quick take-out meal during the week.“

“my adult son and I just walked in, sat down and we were going to order food for both of us and my son had a tea in hand and I had a coffee, we planned on being there for a while and poetically would have gotten drinks at some point. A tall skinny guy says to us across the room, you can't bring drinks in your have to leave. I said we were going to buy two meals, he says "doesn't change the rules!" in a snarky tone! Customer service is everything, does it really hurt anyone that we had a coffee and tea in hand? They just lost 2 meal purchases and now we will never come back here and when one person has a bad experience generally they tell about 24 people in general conversation. Anyone looking for a great coffee shop where they are welcoming to everyone no matter what go to Coffee Republic!!!“

“This place definitely needs some love and a face lift! Food is good, but its shining star is a waitress named Brittney. We come in on Sundays and see her almost every week. She always has a huge smile on her face, always seems to be in great mood and friendly! We always get great service from her even when she is busy.“

“Great first experience! I was traveling back through Folsom and saw that this place had plant-based meats. I tried both the Impossible steak and plant-based turkey, on separate mini sandwiches, to be clear. To make it vegan, I omitted the mayo and cheese. Both were still so delicious, as were the fries! The service was great as well. The gentleman that helped take our order was super pleasant, answered all our questions and was so patient with us. I really hope a shop opens up closer to me, otherwise I will be stopping back through the next time I'm in the area.“

“This was probably one of our best experiences coming to Zocalo, Folsom! Our server, Jose, went above and beyond and made us feel like "family" or at least customers he has worked with before. Every person that interacted with us was absolutely friendly, professional, and made us feel beyond welcomed. More than one manager also stopped by to ensure that we were being taken care of. Gabriel stopped by a couple of times, and we made sure he knew how much we enjoyed coming to this location and what an amazing staff they have here. Our neighbor, Luke, who works there, popped by to see us as well even though we weren't in his section, which made us feel special. “You are missing out if you haven’t tried it. Not only is La Calle my favorite restaurant in Folsom, but my favorite ever! The two owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are always in a good mood, always willing to chat with guests, and they make you feel like family which a lot of places don’t nowadays. Probably the cleanest restaurant in Folsom. If you ever have people visiting from out of town, take them here first!“
