It seems like the employees could be trained better, most don’t know much about their products or how to promote them. There are a few cookies that I really like, but most are a bit over-sweet and unimaginative… most of them seem like very similar varieties of the same excessively sweet frosted cookies. The milk chocolate chip is always amazing, but I would like if they would serve their apple tart cookie more often.
Love crumbl. Most times the cookies are perfect and the service is great, but other times cookies come out burnt or not cooked fully, and not very presentable especially when this location is busy. Overall would recommend but possibly at a different location.Parking: Parking is very limited in this location. With all of the other businesses in the shared parking lot there is often not enough parking spots.
