On 03/29 a single man was doing the entire hosting, busting, and serving for the whole floor of the restaurant. He needs a raise. I cannot believe that a restaurant can do that to someone. He did a great job attending to EVERYONE. Shoutout to the cooks as well. I hope your ihop manager and scheduler can do more for you! You guys deserve it!
Nothing wrong with the individual service here but seems to be a skeleton crew. Always seem short handed the few times we’ve come. Notice one guy in the back cooking and one guy who served us also greeted us with “will be with you shortly”. We were the only ones waiting for a good 5-8 long minutes to be seated. One side of the place was fully packed while the other side had nobody (closed off I assume).It took longer than I thought it should to get our coffee, but again...read full review

This place was packed! Went for a quick bite on a Friday morning and was surprised at how busy it was. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table.Food was great (pancake), came back fast. I did have to ask a couple times for coffee creamer and never did get offered a coffee refill. The waiter was running all over the place so I don’t blame him. I did get the feeling they were rushing me as he dropped off the check with the food.
