It has been awhile since I have been to A&W. As a result, I wasn't ready to order (my fault, and at least there were no cars behind us). The young gentleman who worked the drive through was very patient, helpful, courteous, etc. Kudos to him!
Not sure what happened to this place. I went to the grand opening in 2005 and it was completely different. Root beer spout is gone, jukebox is gone, tables gone and entire tables closed off. It's extremely dirty inside and dead quiet. No more frosted mugs either for root beer and floats. The employees are great but don't put much effort in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.
