I honestly can’t believe a smaller city like Folsom has such an amazing Chinese restaurant! The food tastes authentic, just like real Chinese cooking back home. This was my first visit to Rice Express. The staff was very friendly, and the fried rice was delicious. I can’t wait to return and try other items!
