“We love Rice Express! The food is always consistent, quick, fresh, and delicious. The staff is friendly too which makes the experience enjoyable and relaxing. For context- I’ve been going here since the early 2000’s. New management has nailed it.“

“Great first experience! I was traveling back through Folsom and saw that this place had plant-based meats. I tried both the Impossible steak and plant-based turkey, on separate mini sandwiches, to be clear. To make it vegan, I omitted the mayo and cheese. Both were still so delicious, as were the fries! The service was great as well. The gentleman that helped take our order was super pleasant, answered all our questions and was so patient with us. I really hope a shop opens up closer to me, otherwise I will be stopping back through the next time I'm in the area.“

“Love this place. I get three meals for the price of one. I fill up on the endless chicken and gnocchi soup and breadsticks, which are delicious, bring my entree home and get 2 meals out of it. The atmospher is calm and relaxing, therefore food is excellent, service is exceptional and prices are reasonable. Perfect combination for a full tummy, multiple times, and minimal strain on the budget. Plenty of parking, plenty of tables and clean restrooms. Highly recommend. A+“

I work at the UPS store and they provided us with TWO catering trays AND two hundred coupons to put in our grab bags for our grand re opening. So kind. Not to mention I used to work at mr pickles and the sandwiches are yummy and they cut all the meat, cheese, and veggies daily. I also love their concern for customers with gluten allergies, everything is prepared separately with freshly washed utensils HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
