“This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! “Amazing pho and I appreciate that they take a student discount for Sacramento State students. My friend and I used to go to other pho places that would be very busy and would forget requests that we would have, but this location would be very attentive and remember if we had asked for more water, limes, etc. I love the calm vibe and it is so relaxing after a long day at work.“

“This location provides awesome customer service. Reception, manager and staff were friendly and check in with you constantly. Our server Alexa and Heidi ensured our food was delivered on time. They replaced the calamari as it was too salty to my preference with no issue . Suggested the new spicy honey chicken and it was great . I really think it should be on their menu forever. Manager came to check in with us as well . Well this is how I remembered Olive Garden used to be previously in the Bay Area as well . I’m pleasantly surprised that this location still upholds the standard. Food was delicious too. Thank you“

“First time at the Sunrise Olive Garden. Food is always good especially my favorite the Shrimp Alfredo. But what impressed me the most was that the Chef came out and introduced herself and ask how was the meal. Very swanky!! “I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“I moved and miss this place so much. I live in portland oregon now and I have yet to find a place that even compares to blue sky. Used to go all the time as a teen and their portions are amazing and their price has barely changed since before covid. One day ill drive back down and have good chow mein again <3 :,]“

“We decided to try this place on a whim since we pass by it diving to our gym all the time. We ordered pork fried rice, pork chow mien, general Tao chicken, and Mongolian beef. 2 adults and one very hungry teenager ate and we had enough for left overs for all of us the next day. The food was the best Chinese food I've had in a while and definitely the best tasting in the area. Portions were generous, staff was super friendly, place was clean... what more could you ask for? We're already ordering again since my son requested it for his birthday dinner. This is now our go to for Chinese.“

“Super delicious and authentic. Taste the broth before you add anything, it's so good!! I came here only once but planning to come again once this pandemic is over with. My daughter at the time stuck her hand in the hot Phó and the worker saw and put her hand in ice water very quickly and apologized. It wasn't even his fault 😭 I wasn't paying attention. But maybe because he placed the bowl in reach of her? Idk but he brought us more water and made sure my baby was okay. The workers are friendly and the food is really great. Also, the Thai tea is delicious.

Update: I'm a Folsom local now and come here a few times a month for the Thai tea! It's so good! My kids and I also get Pho once in a while and it's still delicious!“

“I’ve been coming to this restaurant before I even had my kids… this place is family owned and ran! From the grandparents starting it to the daughter doing it and now her kids are doing it!!! The food is always good here there are never off days the restaurant has not changed any flavors over the many years it’s the original taste I got when I started eating here 20 years ago .. the vibe is fantastic with the music playing and the full bar in the back and party room sometimes they have a mariachi band playing this place is good for seniors because of the fair prices and middle age people with thier family’s.. Kids are treated like family and the experience is just wonderful!! Enjoy the colorful decorations and make some great friends that become family💚 you will be back I promise you!! The welcome was so warm it almost felt like a family reunion, except nobody was asking me about my job or why I look tired.
