“I love everything about this location! It's clean and bright. Both employees were friendly and attentive. I ordered #9 club supreme and my husband ordered the #56 big kahuna cheese steak. Both sandwiches were made very well. I love seeing fresh meat being shaved. Veggies looked and tasted fresh. Will definitely be coming back to this location soon!!!“
“Great bagels and quick service every time I visit I feel like I am back in Brooklyn getting a morning bagel. Most of the time it's not the morning but still anytime of day is great when the bagels are fresh like they are here. I never had a stale bagel and the sandwiches are good as well even though I feel that a little more meat may make a better sandwich it is prepared nicely and always fresh as well.“
“Very very happy with this location. To start the restaurant and the menu is around Vegas! And the the sandwiches are all named after Vegas resorts! My favorite sandwiches are the number 16 the palms and the Excalibur. The palms on Dutch crunk or the sweet roll is turkey cream cheese all the veggies and bomb sauce and avocado. I added the ghost pepper cheese to it and jalapeños " OMGOSH " delicious! Same for the Excalibur! Dutch bread or sweet roll - Only it had the cranberry sauce and cream cheese- no avocado and no bomb sauce but added the ghost pepper cheese to it " again delicious " Their chocolate chip cookies are fantastic and the best cookie I have ever had beside spunkmyher ? I hope I spelled that correctly? But over all the place is fast!!! With preparations and fresh ingredients, and their food is very very good. Best sandwich spot in town.“

Was confused about the sauces since no info was listed on their website but they had an explanation on location when we picked them up (image provided). Good quality and quantity of ingredients. “Big Boss Cafe is without a doubt the best sandwich I've had in probably a decade. When I first took a bite I instantly felt as if I was transported back in time to my early childhood. Memories of to when I would get a turkey sandwich and go to the park with friends.In the past decade since the recession Ive seen every sandwich restaurant I love decrease the quality of their bread in order to maintain high profit margins. Stale bread, cooked the nights before or shipped in on trucks and stored in freezers, full of low quality grains and almost flavorless by the time its put onto a sandwich. I feel like we've become accustomed to bread just kind of tasting bland.But here bread was fresh, and full of strong flavor. It was apparent that quality and flavor was the driving factor behind these sandwiches.The sandwich alone would've been enough to warrant a 5 stars, but the fact that everything else on the menu, from the drinks to the hotdogs, are solid as well makes this place even better.“
