He had a great personality and was very interested in talking about the menu even though I told him it was okay because it was my first time! He broke down everything and showed us the little spinny menu to make any other changes to what we order! “Clean and neat. Greeted upon walk in; this is very important as I walk in, makes you feel important and wanted. The ordering process is quick and organized. Order brought to your table, with an added touch of a fresh, crispy dill pickle, perfect.Sandwiches are fresh, artisan, and meticulously arranged. I've bought many sandwiches here and they do maintain consistency as the sandwich tastes the same every time I come in regardless of type.Floors are neat and clean, tables wiped off almost immediately after someone leaves. Bathroom tidy and neat, clean. Overall great atmosphere.To the franchise owner, who I have personally met, she is a team player. If staffing is low or thinks they need help, she is right in it and helping. This is so important, employees appreciate and respect this. Great leadership qualities. Victoria called me to talk about condiments and produce, and helped us have a perfect lunch for our friends and family. The sandwiches were delicious, and priced right. “I love this Subway. I go here twice a week in the mornings. Ardy, the owner, is the nicest person and makes the best sandwiches, quickly and accurately. This store is located inside our local Walmart and I order on my phone app when I pull into the parking lot for my midweek sandwich. It's ready and waiting 99% of the time when I walk into the store. We do our grocery shopping on Saturdays. The Subway is located near the entrance of the Walmart and the owner always says hi and waves if he sees my wife and I entering the store. He knows me by name and can even make my sandwich from memory (I get the same every time). It's extra things like this that create loyal customers. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.“
