If you're looking for banh cuon in Sacramento then this is your best bet.
This place has that rare magic where you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The welcome was so warm it almost felt like a family reunion, except nobody was asking me about my job or why I look tired. The whole room had a lovely, steady hum of people genuinely enjoying themselves, and I found myself smiling for no particular reason other than being there.

There are so many options when it comes to Vietnamese food but if you want bánh cuốn, it is a novelty. I got the special combo bánh cuốn and was disappointed: sweet potato fritters were cold, chả lụa was chopped in unappealing sizes, and banh uot didn't taste fresh. The other person in our party got a grilled pork rice dish and the meat portion was small. We were surprised that the rice platter didn't come with a small soup like other Vietnamese diners offer.
