The bánh cuốn here are made fresh to order, and they're very thin and delicate. The fillings are also very good, with a nice balance of flavors. I especially liked the shrimp and sweet potato fritter, which added a bit of crunch and sweetness to the dish.I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic bánh cuốn experience.
Service and atmosphere are typical Vietnamese pho shop service and atmosphere so nothing to expect. We ordered Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh Cha Ca and Ho Da Lanh. The taste of these dishes are relatively bland. Not bad but lack of the punch that I am looking for. Bun Bo Hue is the best among all four dishes that I ordered.

BUT the grilled pork they use isn't how I've had overseas, I'm told it's supposed to be pork belly but they just use a regular pork cut.The Bún Bò Huế it's yummy, big portion, comes with two pork hocks, lots of meat and vietnamese ham. The broth is so yummy. The noodles are overcooked though.(Edited...read full review
