“Took my order and paid in less than five minutes of arriving. Receive my food around 10 minutes later super fresh and hot. “I love getting good barbecue fix at Buckhorn BBQ in downtown Sacramento on 14th Street. The location is really great because it has other business that is connected to one building and as well there is a big seating area that is shared with all the businesses.

I love getting a good tri-tip sandwich here which is always really good it is really simple and packed with a hoagie bun and I love how the bun is actually toasted and warm also stacked with lots of tri-tip which isn't too fatty and it's charred to perfection. It also comes with some au jus and grill onions and some dipping sauce too. I love how there is a barbecue sauce on the side so I can drizzle some when I need it.

I also like how there is a pastry shop that is right next to it with coffee and they have amazing coffee drinks too. I also like how bootables is next door and they have Vietnamese iced coffee along with fresh sugar cane juice and they have really nice tri-tip spring roll as well.

“By far the best KBBQ I've been to. This is my comparison to several in Sac like OZ, and in San Francisco. It is pricey but if you can eat, it's well worth it. Sides are the best here but careful not to eat too much of it haha. The Meat were of the best quality compared to the other places.“

“I loved the food, though I don't have a lot of experience trying Korean food. The staff was willing to take the time to explain the options, and the food came out fresh and delicious. And so fast!

The veggie pancake was excellent. I also had the bulgogi and my wife had the bibimbap, both of which were filling and tasty. The sides were a nice appetizer, with a lot of tastes I've never had before.

Best of all, it was quiet. That's a big deal for me, and I plan to come back.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! “I placed an online catering order for my son's birthday and the food was awesome! Our guests were asking where the food was from. The owner was very sweet. The guys who work there are also very helpful. He even helped bring the trays out to my car!

We typically order to-go, but the inside is very spacious and clean. It is also kid-friendly, which is nice.

A big plus is that you can see a variety of cooked seafood on display and choose what you want.

On the downside, the pork skewers and squid were served cold, and the hot porridge came in a disposable plastic container. While I understand the cost-saving reason for using plastic, it would be nice if at least the main dishes were served warm.

That said, there’s a great selection of delicious seafood, and the male staff member was very friendly. Because of that, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 3.
