“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to this place with my family since I was a child, and now that I have my own family, it means so much to be able to bring them here too. It’s one of those special spots that truly stands the test of time. The staff are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming—you can feel it the moment you walk in. They make you feel like more than just a customer, and that kind of service is hard to find. And the cook—he is AMAZING! You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Every bowl is cooked perfectly and tastes incredible every single time. It’s honestly part of what keeps us coming back. The restaurant is also very clean and well-maintained, and they do a great job keeping everything stocked and fresh. The Mongolian bar is always being refilled, so you never feel like you’re missing out. This place isn’t just a restaurant for me—it’s a tradition. So grateful it’s still here for my family to enjoy ❤️“

“I've been eating here since I was 13 (I'm now 32) - 2 to 3 times a month for a looong time. I've since moved to Seattle and I look forward to eating there every time I'm in town. ❤ I genuinely can't find a Mongolian BBQ that can match Golden Bowls anywhere.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

“This was my first time going to this restaurant. For those who aren't aware of this style restaurant, you order at the register, they give you a bowl, and you walk down a buffet style line of raw foods, filling the bowl with items of your choice. At the end of the line, they quickly cook your items. When we went to our table, they had placed silverware, napkins, and a bowl of rice, a chip and a spring(?) roll, along with sweet and sour sauce.
I enjoyed the meal, and will go back.“
