The ribs were excellent, as good as I've had anywhere and the best I've ever had in CA! The brisket was also tender and very good. “Wow!! So glad I stopped in today , had the classic sandwich .. BBQ sauce,beef shoulder(very tender and beautiful smoke flavor)coleslaw, all on a toasted sourdough roll. My side was Grandma's potato salad. Also amazing. Price point was very reasonable because you can tell this is a mom.and pop spot and I'm pretty sure the owner was working the register

“Went for lunch with 17 other people and our server, Christina, absolutely shined. She was on top of refills, checks, orders, all with a smile and fantastic attitude.

The food is solid (had a patty melt) and the menu options and portions are generous. Atmosphere is a bit loud, but, what sports bar and restaurant isn't?!

I meet the nicest people I had the best brisket sandwich I’ve had in years and the freshest crunchiest coleslaw. I walked out there one happy camper. Can’t wait to return.“

The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. The seafood pancakes, desert, and spinning the prize wheel were unexpected treats. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“
