“We decided to try the barbecue platter and everything on It was fantastic. Unlike a lot of barbecue places where it's oversauced, underspiced or mainly overcooked our the food was great. The sides were baked beans and potato salad, both were on point. Was just a fun place with great food. And even better leftovers, I will be back.“

“I am a person who loves all ethnic food all different countries I am tired of people that I hang with always wanting the same thing over and over and over at McDonald's Taco Bell exedra etc there's so much more but today while doing laundry I have found my favorite store ever they have the best meat they have the best cheese I thought the cheese has mold on it and it wasn't it was really really good the best bread you also can order your barbecue the day before and pick it up the next day they start their barbecue at 12:00 p.m. they have so much I bought all this today baklava everything I was going in just to buy one thing and I end up buying $100 worth of stuff plus this cross keychain the man gave me for free today and I feel honored and I just want all of you to know to come here off coloma across from viva thank you“

This spot seriously delivered… if you’re a sandwich person, you NEED to try this place 🤤

I ordered the Black Cadillac and wow… one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while 🙌 It’s loaded with tri-tip, black garlic butter, sweet balsamic glaze, lettuce, tomato, white onion, and parmesan cheese and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell the meat is smoked for a long time because it’s super tender and has that deep, rich, smoky taste 😮‍🔥

That said, the meat definitely carried the sandwich. I almost wish there were a bit more toppings to balance it out, like extra balsamic glaze or more lettuce and tomato. But if their goal is to really highlight the meat, then they nailed it 👏

Also got the mac and cheese on the side and this was not your average mac… it had pieces of brisket mixed in which made it even better 🧀 The flavor was so good and really complemented the sandwich

I will say, the wait was a little longer than expected for the size of the line, but honestly… completely worth it once you get your food 👏

“My nephew's fiance, K, had her bridal shower at Back forty Roseville. Galina and her crew were amazing! They were on top of everything, so nice and the food was fantastic. They helped make the event a huge success and K was very happy woth it. We definitely recommend and will be back.“

The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

For the price, you expect a comfortable dining experience, and this just wasn’t it. I hope they fix the AC soon because the food and service deserve better. The food was great. The service was amazing but in the Summer in 100+ degrees you’re just trying to have a good meal and escape the heat. Please fix your air conditioner not only for your guests but also for your employees.
I come about once a week. But this is my first time while it’s been this warm out. I might choose somewhere that has a cooler atmosphere next time.

But our waitress Megan she was amazing. This is the second time we’ve had her and she’s so nice and quick to get our table ready with appetizers
She’s extremely friendly.
She got our togo boxes when I expressed my discomfort with the heat and was very apologetic. She’s definitely a gem.

“I was having post vacation blues and missing Maui. Fast forward two weeks and I still got it bad. I was craving lau lau and musubi- some comfort food and the closest thing I can get my hands on is L&L. The lau lau hit the spot, not sure if it was wrapped og style with the ti leaves bc it was a little on the dry side but it would do and it still hit the spot.
