“Ok, I've been going to this spot (ONLY smoke bbq at all I get) since covid and I have NEVER had anything that but the Best bbq, you owners are bar none the Nices people! Now.... I had a piece of pork rib (end piece) that changed pork ribs forever for me. It had the Perfect flavor, texture, and was just MIND BLOWING! I actually have half of it for later! Damn, I am in a Food Coma and Glued to the couch. Seriously do yourself a favor and hit this spot up, I Promise you'll be happy you did!“

This spot seriously delivered… if you’re a sandwich person, you NEED to try this place 🤤

I ordered the Black Cadillac and wow… one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while 🙌 It’s loaded with tri-tip, black garlic butter, sweet balsamic glaze, lettuce, tomato, white onion, and parmesan cheese and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell the meat is smoked for a long time because it’s super tender and has that deep, rich, smoky taste 😮‍🔥

That said, the meat definitely carried the sandwich. I almost wish there were a bit more toppings to balance it out, like extra balsamic glaze or more lettuce and tomato. But if their goal is to really highlight the meat, then they nailed it 👏

Also got the mac and cheese on the side and this was not your average mac… it had pieces of brisket mixed in which made it even better 🧀 The flavor was so good and really complemented the sandwich

I will say, the wait was a little longer than expected for the size of the line, but honestly… completely worth it once you get your food 👏

Overall, such a solid spot for high-quality, flavorful sandwiches. Definitely coming back for this one 🥪💯“

“In the 80's I ate here when it first opened. When they closed Mather Air Force Base, I relocated to the east coast. I brought my wife to California for her first visit. While we were in Rancho Cordova visiting Mather, I told her about Golden Bowls. She googled, and said it is still operated by the same family. It was! Johnny, whom I knew in the 80's cooked my food! What an amazing experience! It is a small place tucked in the corner of an old shopping center. Don't let the outside fool you. Golden Bowls is a great value. They are very friendly, accommodating, and clean. Your meal includes a bowl of many meat and vegetable choices and delicious seasonings, get two spoons of garlic, you won't regret it, a bowl of soup, rice, fried wantan, and ice cream at the end. We might go back tomorrow.“

And our waitress - whose name I unfortunately did not catch - was thoughtful, friendly, and hospitable; which is rare these days. “Authentic, fresh, and delicious Korean food. Menu is in English with phonetic spelling of items, so very friendly to non-native Koreans speakers/readers. Parking is plentiful, nearby the restaurant and throughout the plaza, with choices of shade, to keep your car cool in the summer. Entryway is well framed, with Korean themes, and the immediate feeling of entering a truly Korean eatery. Service, acknowledgement, and care is provided throughout the meal. Restrooms are clean. One less star for the atmosphere because they seemed to not have the AC going. For a hot day, and fully occupied seating, they had just a fan running.

Still, the most important factor, the food was excellent! I had the stone pot bibimbap, and the presentation was gorgeous, colorful, and so appetizing. It was served sizzling, with an egg, you could cook on the stone. Side of gochujang sauce was provided, in a squeeze bottle. I ate it all. Flavor, color, texture, healthy oils, fats, and vegetables mixed with rice. So gooood. Not even one rice grain left in the stone pot.

Considering all this, I would return again, and highly recommend Doma! Thank you for the pleasurable service and food, waitstaff and chefs.“

The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. The seafood pancakes, desert, and spinning the prize wheel were unexpected treats. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. “A great place for banh cuon. They offer a large variety ofnitems on their menu. Even the banh cuon has many different selections. The portions are very generous, and they include other items on their combo plates. Service is very fast, and the place is very clean. Only one negative is that the fish sauce is in a jug, and they share that with many tables. So make a generous pour when they bring it to you.“
