In a nutshell; Decent Hawaiian BBQ.
If theres no LnL around, JJ's is your next best bet. Their quality overall is more or less the same. The prices are more or less the same as well. Gone are the days where you could get an awesome bbq mix combo for a great price.. now it chews a little bit more off your pocket. Still, JJ's checks all the boxes of a Hawaiian BBQ establishment. It all really comes down to how much you like how they treat the marinade, how sweet, etc etc....read full review
chicken katsu was AMAZING. mac salad, even better. definitely the best hawaiian food in sac! such good portions for the price also.
