We went through the drive thru and ordered the fish & chips. As soon as the bag got into the car I could smell the aroma of absolute EXCELLENCE. Idk who’s auntie they got in the kitchen but they reaaaallly know what they’re doing. The seasonings on the fish were phenomenal. The seasoning on the fries was finger licking GOOD. The food was very flavorful and cooked fresh. Definitely will be back again!“

“I recently moved to this part of town and noticed new food places in the area I haven't tried before. I went to Sunny, and it's one of my favorite go-to lunch spots now. The cashier is really nice, and I'm always full off of their Mini Meals. Anything larger, and it becomes leftovers for the next day. “My poke bowl was really good! Lots of protein options and toppings. The portions are pretty generous and a regular was a solid meal. I mixes sesame ponzu, house, and spicy garlic shoyu. It wasn’t too salty, but I would ask for a little less quantity of sauce next time. Crab salad was bomb as another reviewer said. Also seared tuna/salmon/albacore options for the win.

“If you want great food for your dollar. L&L Hawaiian BBQ. I suggest th seafood combo. It's fantastic. You get fish, shimp, and a third meat. I like the chicken katsu. Rice macaroni salad and small green salad. It's just fabulous ?.

“Been here a few times. So far, tried the BBQ mix, Seafood & BBQ, and BBQ sandwich. The sandwich was ok, plain buns with pieces of BBQ beef. The BBQ beef, fried shrimp, and fried fish were very good. But not too crazy about the BBQ chicken or short ribs. Generous servings.“

“First timer and I went with a custom poke bowl. It was phenomenal with the spicy kimchi ponzu sauce over octopus, tuna and a mix of greens. I definitely get the hype and will be back. Props to Chef Billy Ngo fpr bringing another great food experience to Sacramento.“

“I work near by and Comparing it to the competition, this one by far better quality ingredients, Flavor, and fresher. I got the bbq mix plate with extra veggies and i really enjoyed. It feels like home made food. Chicken was soft and juicy. BBq rib was tender and meat was seasoned well.“

“Really good bbq and Hawaiian food here!! I recommend just about anything that looks appealing to you especially the chicken katsu, hamburger steak and bbq chicken breast meals or kalua pork. The flavor is amazing and quality of food is always consistent. The workers are kind and welcoming & get your order out swiftly.

“OMG! 1st time here. had to wait a bit for fresh, delicious food. service was great , food is OMG so good, the Mac salad just yummy. went today around 6pm, staff was friendly and attentive, even when customer/ pick up person was super RUDE because fresh beef had to cook, with his food workers and woman are below be attitude, Sonya I think her name was handled herself well and continued to work along with co workers to get orders out, food fresh.
