All the protein are very fresh. They have the best variety in all of Sacramento.
Went mid afternoon on a Friday. Lots of protein options and sauces. We got the large protein bowls. For my husband it was a good size, for me I might have been able to go regular size. They also allow you to do 1/2 and half base which is nice. Plenty of good toppings. Even had mochi and what looked like a good selection of milk teas. Wish I could still have caffeine and I would have had one for sure!
