“Authentic, fresh, and delicious Korean food. Menu is in English with phonetic spelling of items, so very friendly to non-native Koreans speakers/readers. Parking is plentiful, nearby the restaurant and throughout the plaza, with choices of shade, to keep your car cool in the summer. Entryway is well framed, with Korean themes, and the immediate feeling of entering a truly Korean eatery. Service, acknowledgement, and care is provided throughout the meal. Restrooms are clean. One less star for the atmosphere because they seemed to not have the AC going. For a hot day, and fully occupied seating, they had just a fan running.
Still, the most important factor, the food was excellent! I had the stone pot bibimbap, and the presentation was gorgeous, colorful, and so appetizing. It was served sizzling, with an egg, you could cook on the stone. Side of gochujang sauce was provided, in a squeeze bottle. I ate it all. Flavor, color, texture, healthy oils, fats, and vegetables mixed with rice. So gooood. Not even one rice grain left in the stone pot.
Considering all this, I would return again, and highly recommend Doma! Thank you for the pleasurable service and food, waitstaff and chefs.“

“We had a 33rd birthday party for our son, his band and groupies, party of 11. The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. The seafood pancakes, desert, and spinning the prize wheel were unexpected treats. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

“Once again Oz knocks it out of the park. We took 30 of our Black belt class for our 16th annual Korean dinner. Managers Phillip and Sean insured that everyone was taken care of. The service was fantastic and the food was Great can't wait till next year Tony R.“

“By far the best KBBQ I've been to. This is my comparison to several in Sac like OZ, and in San Francisco. It is pricey but if you can eat, it's well worth it. Sides are the best here but careful not to eat too much of it haha. The Meat were of the best quality compared to the other places.“

“I’ve only been to Pocha House at night when it turns into a little night club. They check your IDs, there’s a DJ, they have 2 bars. One in the main room and another in the back side where the bathrooms are. They do serve late night food, which we got this last time along with bottles of soju. I think we got some type of fries and Korean fried chicken. They have some pretty good DJs and a full bar. I would like to come back and try their food some time. There’s street parking and the staff are friendly.“

“Returned after several years and I am thrilled that the quality has remained intact. The aunties on staff were as warm and kind as I remembered them. The dishes are delicious 😋. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu but we had Bimbimbap , spicy beef soup and kimchi fried rice this time. Their galbi Jim is also delicious. Last but not least is their lettuce Kimchi. No one does it better IMO. Best Authentic Korean food in Sac IMO ☺️🙌🏾“

“Omg! It was an amazing experience! I went with my mom and it was our first korean barbecue ever! We do not get off our comfort zone with food and always get like the same things, Gyros, burgers, chicken and pizza! but this time I wanted to try something new and memorable and cool. A friend suggested korean barbecue so we did go and food was amazing! The seafood and the beef were great! Fresh!
I loved all of it and what made it smoother and easier was our waiter Madison! He explained the whole menu for me and I had to ask him like hey I would like to have something that tastes like this ( because the whole concept is new to me) and he figured it out and suggested everything we were basically craving and understood our desires. He was very nice and gentle and I really appreciate his professionalism! The guy needs to be a manager fr.
We will definitely go back and I hope they hire people who are like Madison.
For the food we tried everything honestly I do not remember all the names but I do remember trying the garlic mussels and they were good! Calamari! We had the shrimp and many kinds of beef as well.
It was a first experience and it was perfect! Shout out to all staff“

“The food is decent. Compared to other Korean restaurants, they offer a larger variety of side dishes, and the portions are generous.
If you value quantity over quality, this place is worth visiting. The ingredients don’t feel particularly fresh.
I would recommend the yookgaejang.“

“I got their food at a BTS ARMY day event with Sacramento BTS ARMY during the summer. My Korean mom LOVED their food so we sought out their restaurant in Elk Grove. I love the concept of you picking your own plate (like Panda Express/Chipotle) and I grabbed a variety and my mom grabbed her own variety of dishes. Generally the food is great, and the music is of course, Kpop, and lots of parking area.
The food itself, you can tell it's been sitting for a minute or few, but the flavor is great, and the refrigerated dishes are fresh. My Korean mom was especially impressed by their seaweed salad (a bit salty and brine-y for me) and she loved their kimchi. I personally like the Korean salad, which is basically a konjac jelly noodle and veggies mixed a mayo sauce (don't judge it till you try it, much healthier than ranch!) And their potato croquette. Their bean sprouts and greens are especially fresh and delicious if you enjoy traditional Korean banchan. What I probably won't get is their fish cake dish because it was overcooked and soggy, but I like that usually, but not today.
Overall, we will be back! 잘 먹고 갑니다!“

“Amazing food and kind service! The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend the crispy garlic and Yangnyum drumsticks—they were absolutely delicious! However, I would say the prices are pretty expensive, but considering it’s a small business, I’m happy to support!“

“Tried this place while visiting the UCD campus. Great food, my only complaint was a little to much mayo for my liking but the serving size and quality was great. Overall the experience was great. The nice lady at the front makes the business feel warm and welcoming. Please support local businesses like this.“

“My new top favorite Korean place in Sacramento. Everything looked amazing. The wait staff were very attentive & offered great recommendations. I enjoyed the tofu seafood soup and my partner enjoyed the oxtail. A beautiful spread of banchan accompanied the meal, each plate bursting with unique flavors. We will be back for more!“

“Very clean. Friendly staff. Trendy atmosphere. There's only one size for their drink (no need to tell the cashier the size you want). All their drinks are delicious. They sometimes host a special events. I highly recommend DeLuna Dessert Cafe.“

“I've been coming here for over 16 yrs. I'll be very honest the only thing I order is the Bibimbap #17, no spicy. I just love the sesame sesame seed oil. The vegetables are gently sauteed in the sesame seed oil, chicken is char grilled for the prefect touch of smoke..they have some traditional items that look fresh and delicious.“

“The food is good with strong flavors (very spicy, salty) - some will like others not so much. More importantly, they're open late which is rare for Sacramento. Plus, the place has a unique aesthetic - sort of a hole in the wall but it's memorable and I definitely recommend going once - for the experience.“

“I absolutely love coming here!! Truthfully I come here so often they should have a copy of my card LOL. The service no matter who the server is, is always beyond fantastic! The price is great for all included and they never make me feel like an inconvenience for taking my time!! I truly love this place and am always glad to come back!“
“Staff great service, great venue. Great 😃 atmosphere to enjoy and music is great.“
“Appreciate how fresh the food is and the effort to get real Korean flavors into the food. My K- lunch burrito was a little sweet, but on the whole, pretty good Korean fusion. We should they had a little more traditional gimpbop and bibimbop, but their fusion twists are solid. Little pricey for what you get, bust considering where and when- a good option for the state worker crowd stuck near the capital.“

“Absolutely incredible chicken. I recommend the classic crunch, and spicy. Yes, it’s a tad on the expensive side, but SO worth it! My family and I have been fans for years. My apologies for the late review. Everything from the delectable chicken to the coleslaw, onion rings, fried zucchini is all scrumptious! Give them a try.“

“Meeting a friend for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, she recommended we come to Southside Super. I had never heard of this place or dined here before so I was excited to try something new!
When we arrived, it was fairly crowded, but we managed to place our order at the register and snag a seat inside. Unfortunately, having arrived later in the day, all of the hot and cold to-go items were sold out.
I decided to try the chicken pho from their made-to-order menu. My friend ordered the spam fried rice. The food came out relatively quickly, and you can tell that it is absolutely made with the utmost care, love, and highest quality of ingredients.
This was hands-down some of the best chicken pho I have ever had in my life. I will definitely be coming back to Southside Super, especially earlier in the day to try some of their grab and go items, as well as more of their menu.“
