“Had the spicy pork and it was very tasty. Having traveled to Korea many times, it brought back some pleasant memories. Portion size was smaller than usual but with protein costs rising to the level they have, it's not a huge surprise. Worth the “
“In general, it is Good. But not as good as the San Jose one we usually go.The dipping sauces are American BBQ and mustard, not real korean mustard and Korean radish sauce. The grill change is slower than SJ branch. But in general, it is more fine dining style compare to SJ branch’s real Korean decorations.Parking: YesKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“We love this place for a quick sweet treat! Located in Pleasanton, it's surrounded by an array of restaurants, bakeries, and a Ranch 99. The ice cream here is SO smooth and delicate! Our favorite by far is the Ube with custard filling.“
“Loved the burrito!!! Came here on a Saturday morning and I ended up loving the egg and hashbrown burrito I ordered. The service was great as well and fast. By the time I ordered and got my food, the place was getting really busy but it was still great“
“These were better than expected. Like really really good. I highly recommend getting any of them with half mozz/half sausage. My top two flavors are the potato dog and the two hands dog. There's a sweet sauce that comes on the potato dog that is super tasty. If you're a sauce person, I suggest asking for more on the side. We will be back!“
“So glad to find this gem in Pleasanton. First time here, the price is decent for the amount and quality of food. Ordered lunch special, the rice is cooked perfect, side dish cole slaw and japchae are both very good including a few shrimp chips. Will come back for more for sure.“
“Although Odagada specializes in chicken, we decided to come by since it's close to our house and we were craving Korean food.We got the shrimp fried rice, beef bulgogi bowl and kalguksoo. This fried rice was INSANELY GOOD. I don't care what else you get here but you HAVE TO GET THE FRIED RICE! Our table of 4 agreed we should've gotten another order of rice instead of bulgogi. Not that the bulgogi wasn't good, but this rice was just amazing. The bulgogi was great and had nice well balanced sides. The waiter said it was portioned out for once person, but I would highly recommend sharing. It's HUGE! Lastly, the kalguksoo was also great! Perfect for the cold weather that's coming in. The noodles are SO GOOD too! They are knife cut and have a perfect chewy texture. Overall, 11/10. Service was great, plenty of seating and amazing food. This place is underrated!“
“I love Kochu! I have been coming here for a few years now and I highly recommend the galbi rice box! The galbi at Kochu is very high quality especially when compared to all you can eat Korean bbq places that give cheaper cuts. The service is also so friendly and helpful I highly recommend this place!“
“I was pleasantly surprised by this new Korean hot dog place. New, so the interior is spotless and plain but obviously focuses on takeaway sevice since there were only 2 tiny bistro tables and 4 chairs. The service was quick and friendly, patiently waiting as I decoded the new menu with so many options and combinations! The Mozzarella and sausage had a beautifully crisp lightly breaded exterior. The sausage was tasty, but the mozzarella was perfect - dense, rich and perfectly melted. So delicious, a lovely treat! The Monster Double was even better! The sausage and decadent mozzarella was wrapped with not only the light and crispy crust but topped by nacho cheese and shredded cheddar, then topped with pickled jalepeno peppers! I can't wait to try other options such as the potato cubes and the squid ink batter!“
“This is a tricky one. Getting Jajangmyeon right is so tough to pull off impressing Koreans. This is like trying to get a baguette right in France. Myeongdong is situated in the Pacific Pearl plaza where almost out of no where you have this massive Asian cuisine bonanza going on in Livermore - traditionally considered Asian dessert. It was really weird to see that many legit Korean / Chinee / Taiwanese / and other food and chains all the way out there. I guess they're for outlet shoppers?Either way, Myeongdong's Jajangmyeon was definitely on the legit side. The noodle texture was relatively good and unique. The slight fail is definitely with the sauce. Plenty of veggies and meat but no gravy. This means the Jajangmyeon turns out dry and leaves a lot of noodle without any flavor coverage. I hope the chef puts a bit more effort into the gravy and au jour, especially cause that is the cheaper part of the sauce.Their Tangsooyook - deep fried pork - that always accompanies the Jajangmyeon was also quite good. Decent portions, decently sweet sauce. Nothing mind blowing but also not to be shy of.Jjampong - spicy seafood noodles - the soup didn't have much soul in it. Barely passing the acceptable mark but again, not too shabby considering how far out this joint is compared to the rest of the Korean population.Prices were appropriate. And considering how new the place is, the atmosphere was clean and bright. These types of Korean comfort food places is all about "aging" and maturing. There's a bit of breaking in that must be done and I think as the years fold under, let's see how they either establish themselves into a destination for pilgrimage or simply wither away. As of now, I'm more on the hopeful side.Parking: The plaza parking lot - despite being quite spacious - literally fills up. And 1/3rd of the stores weren't even open. Good luck finding parking.“
“Yummy. Not only BBQ - soups, fried rice, hot pot, noodles - all tasty. This is a low-key, friendly, small, family place - not flashy or necessarily silky service - be ready for that. Still, there was a long queue out the door the night I was there, which probably tells you what you need to know.“
“My friends and I have ordered from this place many times on Doordash but never have we been to the restaurant. We usually get one of the combos that consists of Korean fried chicken, kimbap, and fries. The fried chicken was delicious and packed with flavor and crunch! Kimbap was decent and fries are fries. From ordering dishes at Aria, I can say that everything has exceeded expectations!“
“This Bonchon location is what you would expect. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Wings are crispy and delicious -- we ordered soy garlic and spicy. The chicken wings could be bigger but still a good size. The tteokbokki was yummy and the rice cakes were chewy but the sauce could be a bit thicker. If you're craving Bonchon, this is a good location.“
“Crispy chicken spicy is the best if you like spicy, they do have mild. Their kimchi fried rice is also delicious and you can't beat the lunch menu starting at 12.00. Service is excellent at this location and I love the ladies there! Plenty of parking and next to 7-11 and by Cattlemens.“
