I have a gluten allergy and our waitress was SO helpful with accommodating it. They were able to modify almost everything to make it gluten free. I had a Philadelphia roll and crispy rice without the eel sauce (the eel sauce has gluten). Everything was so yummy! We had an excellent experience overall.
