The coffee is enjoyable. The oat milk cappuccino was made well. The avocado toast was low on the greens and heavy on the salt. The staff are friendly, the service fast, and they have a nice location in historic old Folsom.
Sociology is a charming coffee shop located adjacent to downtown Folsom. I stopped here for a quick breakfast before starting my workday. There were quite a few tempting items on the menu, but ultimately the GF orange almond cake and jibaltar won. The coffee was really good and (just a personal favorite) the coffee art was beautiful. Cute and cozy coffee shop with an outdoor patio. I suggest earbuds if wanting to read or work, music inside is a bit loud.Had the breakfast bowl w/ avocado and americano (~$20 w/tip). Lots of avocado, one egg, potatoes, bacon and bell peppers. If hungry add on xtra eggs or meat.
