“Today was the first visit I had and Edwin’s. I had to meet someone nearby and decided to go in to support. I wish I lived closer because Edwin’s is so wonderful!! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The scones were gigantic and the pastries looked like anime food. I saw a menu board featuring bagel sandwiches that looked tempting. I decided to get one of each flavor of danish (raspberry, blueberry & blackberry). The crisp, tender layers in each bite are magical! The perfect balance of sweet and tart was on point. The juices from the berries carmalized the edges nicely. It was so nostalgic to have something so delightful that it reminded me of my great granny. I had a simple black Colombian coffee and it was a great pairing for the pastries. It was mild yet rich flavor. I’m looking forward to more visits.“

“The meat was perfectly cooked to order. Was not as much a fan of the staple dishes like hummus and dolma, which I normally love. The salad was great. I would give it another shot though, because they cooked the meat perfectly and that is usually what counts most.“

“Free chips and salsa bar is a rare find nowadays. High quality food all around. Especially like their Chile Relleno dish. Has a nice creamy sauce although seeds are left in so don't eat the top. Ranch sauce on tacos and burritos is also a favorite. Horchata and Jamaica comes with the fountain drinks.“

We love spicy dishes, and we ordered some non-spicy for our kids with us, all bangers. We ordered the beef noodles, the green bean with eggplant, the pork and cauliflower, and the white fish in peppercorn soup. All excellent, very friendly staff. If you are new to Sacramento area or just passing through looking for authentic chinese food you will not be dissapointed.“

“We stopped in on Sunday with some friends who suggested it, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

From the second we walked through the door, the staff and regulars made us feel completely welcome. Everyone was inviting, and easygoing, which created such a relaxed vibe that we felt right at home almost immediately. A shout-out to Dustin, the bartender, he was awesome and really helped make the visit great.

The beer selection was excellent no wonder our friends keep coming back. Great drinks, great people, and a genuinely good atmosphere all around. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend“

“Pete's has indoor-outdoor eating so you can bring Fluffy with you. They have a bar area and restaurant style eating areas on addition to the patio seating. Happy hour every day. Large portion salad entrees give me 2 meals for the price of one. Very good pizza and garlic knots, several fried appetizers. Favorite meals to try: steak salad, turkey club, pizzas.“

“My wife and I used to work nearby several years ago and ate here at least twice a week. We were driving past recently and decided to stop in with our son and grandma, both of whom had never been there. We ordered my wife's favorite and a chicken dish for my mother-in-law and 69A for me and 69B for our son. The food was fantastic as always, but the Flaming Beef And Shrimp was spectacular with the presentation and my son thoroughly enjoyed making his own spring rolls. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. We will definitely be returning soon!“

“This location is one of my favorites to visit because the staff are always so friendly and bubbly. The drinks are delicious and refreshing and they have good combos. Sometimes I just go with a basic Watermelon-Passion Fruit Rebel cold pour though for that extra kick in the morning.“

When we moved from Seattle a little over a year ago, we had no idea of the restaurants in the area. We found Catrina's while driving by and stopped in. Since that first time Martha always greets with a welcoming smile. We love the festive atmosphere and great chicken mole! Just thinking about the food my husband and I are going there today to have lunch.“

“This was the absolute best authentic Chinese food that I have ever had. I heard about this place and flew from Dallas to try it. I was so blown away that I had to meet the master chef. “Excellent food! Tried the carne asada Street tacos and super nachos with a side of rice and beans. The carne asada had a nice marinade/rub to it and the super nachos were some of the best nachos I've had. Better than aldabertos in my opinion because the chips weren't soggy and the carne asada is of better quality. The rice and beans were great too, not too salty like other places. The second time I visited the drive thru it was about six cars and close to a 20 minute wait. Hopefully they get things ironed out. Overall an A+“
