Super friendly owner and wait staff, generous samples and a light and bright corner location - what's not to like? Definitely try this place for the great selection of beer, kombucha, seltzer, probiotic sodas, wine and sours. There is something for all tastes. Today, with the clear weather motivating me, I embarked on an adventure inspired by Becky's Instagram post about Mindscape Fermentation. Laughing out loud all morning on the fact that, Mindscape found its place in both my Yelp "Places to Checkout" collection and my personal "Why Haven't You Been Here Yet" list. Came here on a Sunday afternoon. The service was super friendly. The space is open and comfortable with lots of seating inside and outside. The food was delicious. We got the hummus and one of their rotating specials. We would definitely come back. There were so many drink options to choose from including beers, ciders, seltzer, kombucha and non alcoholic sodas.
