Stopped in with my grandsons at 2:30 on a Thursday. No customers were in the place. There was one employee and he was helpful enough. Our biggest concern was how unclean the place was. My grandsons didn't want to sit at several tables because of the uncleanliness. The floor could have used a good washing, the walls were disgusting in places. Oh my goodness! My husband and I wanted a really good banana split to share. We hadn't been to B&R in ages. The first issue was trying to find a table and chairs that were clean. Every table and chair was filthy. We were the only customers at that point. The banana split was a disappointment. The ice cream was okay but it was topped with a thin layer of chocolate topping. I ordered my daughter an ice cream cake online 2 days prior to her birthday. And when I got it home and we opened it, her name was spelled wrong!!! Totally disappointing! The cake was dense and tasted awful, and the middle of the cake had a gaping hole between the cake and ice cream. Just a bad experience all the way around.
