I ordered my daughter an ice cream cake online 2 days prior to her birthday. And when I got it home and we opened it, her name was spelled wrong!!! Totally disappointing! The cake was dense and tasted awful, and the middle of the cake had a gaping hole between the cake and ice cream. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Stopped in with my grandsons at 2:30 on a Thursday. No customers were in the place. There was one employee and he was helpful enough. Our biggest concern was how unclean the place was. My grandsons didn't want to sit at several tables because of the uncleanliness. The floor could have used a good washing, the walls were disgusting in places. The garbage can looks like it has never been wiped down. Behind the counter there was a lot that needed cleaning. The ice cream was good. I would give it 2 and a half stars.

Oh my goodness! My husband and I wanted a really good banana split to share. We hadn't been to B&R in ages. The first issue was trying to find a table and chairs that were clean. Every table and chair was filthy. We were the only customers at that point. The banana split was a disappointment. The ice cream was okay but it was topped with a thin layer of chocolate topping. No strawberry or pineapple topping. Not really what you could call a banana split. A lady came in and wanted an ice cream cone. The line employee was working on a phone order and she was still waiting when we left. We won't be going back. Please clean up the place!

Worst milkshake I've ever had. Was like fluffy chocolate milk. I chose Jamoca almond fudge and even the almonds were pulverized. Not even cold. What happened to nice thick milkshakes?

I went in for my Birthday scoop and they said it had already been used or it wouldn't let them scan my code because it was the 31st. A dif promotion was going on that day. I had not even tried to use my code before then. they would not let me have my ice cream cone.

Ice cream has been consistently good since I was a kid. Lots of options of course. This location has a good staff, I had to buy the guy like 3 times my last visit for my daughter. She wanted a cup halfway through so he gave us a cup, she dropped her spoon he gave us another and then before we left she had to go potty and he got us the key. Place is clean and it's usually pretty quiet there.

Our family wanted ice cream to help enjoy our Friday night. We checked the website to make sure they were still open, website says open til 10:00...hooray! We walk up to the store and there's a hand written note that says they will close at 9 for the winter...we're still good because it's only 8:05...except we aren't because the 2 employees tell us they are closing at 8pm tonight... I get changing your hours for the season but pick a time and stick with it...and update your socials!

I used to LOVE this location. For at least the last 6 months, I have noticed it going considerably down hill. They close before the actually listed times. I sometimes get the hand packed ice cream for flavors that aren't in the prepacks. I've had a few times that they're not actually packed all the way. Usually not so much to make a big deal about it but when I got back today after buying some, I realized when I grabbed the pack out of the bag there was a lot of "give" to my container. I opened and see that she shorted me a lot!! This ice cream isn't cheap either.

I went on Friday to get myself a treat and was helped by a young male who had the stereo-typical disposition of "I wanna be anywhere else but here" attitude; but this was not my issue. I asked for a sample of a featured flavor. When I finished my sample , I placed my used spoon in the small bowl located on top of the glass case because that bowl had dried ice cream drips on it and so I assumed it was where I place my used spoon. That bowl was dirty! The employee reacted by saying "No! Ugh..." followed by a huge sigh and then grabbed that bowl full of spoons and placed it in their sink. The second employee asked with a confused look, "Why did you put these spoons in the sink?" to which the employee replied, "that's because they wash the spoons." I feel responsible letting people know that if you go to this location and ask for a sample, you may be using my used spoon!

I came here at 9:00pm on Friday night and they were already closed. The hours listed on google are 11AM-10PM. They should probably update the online hours if they decide to start closing early.
