I had to wait while they made more dishes and then they didn't fill up the cartons like they normally do and I was buying the family package plus extras.
Shout out to Josh who I heard politely discussing an issue with a mobile order with his coworker(not mine), then assisting an older gentleman who was having the difficulty with it. He was polite to me and asked if he could help the man first, he was patient and kind to him and took his time to provide customer service regardless of it being busy at 5:30pm. We need more people like Josh in the world. I hope they appreciate him as part of their team because he was 10/10.
There's a guy named Avelino José; he provides excellent service—he's very friendly and always has a smile.
