“We stopped in on Sunday with some friends who suggested it, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

From the second we walked through the door, the staff and regulars made us feel completely welcome. Everyone was inviting, and easygoing, which created such a relaxed vibe that we felt right at home almost immediately. A shout-out to Dustin, the bartender, he was awesome and really helped make the visit great.

The beer selection was excellent no wonder our friends keep coming back. Great drinks, great people, and a genuinely good atmosphere all around. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend“

“Free chips and salsa bar is a rare find nowadays. High quality food all around. Especially like their Chile Relleno dish. Has a nice creamy sauce although seeds are left in so don't eat the top. Ranch sauce on tacos and burritos is also a favorite. Horchata and Jamaica comes with the fountain drinks.“

“My husband and I LOVE the atmosphere, food and our server Martha who is always friendly and helpful. When we moved from Seattle a little over a year ago, we had no idea of the restaurants in the area. We found Catrina's while driving by and stopped in. Since that first time Martha always greets with a welcoming smile. We love the festive atmosphere and great chicken mole! Just thinking about the food my husband and I are going there today to have lunch.“

“Every night since i moved away from Roseville... I am haunted by the chili verde burrito and the table salsa. NOBODY else does a burrito like they do, and if you eat here, you will forever be cursed with the hunger. Ive had countless nights where i wake up screaming because i know in my soul I dont have access to Carmelitas anymore. This review is based on the last time i had the ability to eat there, 2010-2014. God has forsaken me. There must be no more room in hell, as the Devil walks on earth to torment my soul since 2015. Also the salsa is a top 5 all timers of california. not really spicy but heavy of the flavor. It'll make your local taco truck commit seppuku. As will i shortly as ive dishonored my bloodline by not being able to move back, therefore never being able to bless my children with this life changing burrito. I dont deserve their forgiveness.“

“This is your good ol reliable neighborhood dive bar. They do not serve food but allow you to bring in a snack to munch on (Little Ceasars is next door). Friday nights are great with a DJ who plays a variety of popular music including old school and the current popular music. The crowd is extremely diverse in age and cultures. I have never witnessed an issue or confrontation in this bar but they do have a security person checking IDs. Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are not weak or expensive. You feel like family when you come to this bar as the patrons are super welcoming and friendly. If you just want a chill and super casual vibe, some good music, and an adult beverage, this is definitely the place. See you there! :)“

“I ordered on DoorDash and the food got here fast, however, in one piece? Not so much. There were tears all over the aluminum foil to my burrito and the burrito was falling apart when I opened it! I had to eat it with a fork and knife! I also ordered spicy and I got a sweet green sauce/salsa. The food was alright, and would be alright if it wasnt for the miscellaneous bay leaf in my food the first bite. If I know anything about cooking, you take bay leaves out of whatever youre cooking once the food is finished!

I would ask for a remake or a refund but I ordered it on DoorDash and I ate it anyways so I doubt anybody over there would be so kind.

It was truly unfortunate for this to happen, I am not normally picky about my food, but this was a mess.

Edit: The General Manager really hooked me up! I went over and dined in today and the service was amazing, the salsa were fresh, although the hot Pico was missing, it didnt really take away the enjoyment I had. Dos Coyotes the way I remember, thank you Ken!“

“Great little dive bar in the middle of the Sutter Street (historic) part of old town Folsom. It's a shotgun style bar with a long bar on one side and a set of large high tables on the opposite side. The bartender was super friendly and the drinks were good. The patrons appeared to be mostly locals and were all friendly and having a good time. Nice bar to come to.“

“Stopped here after coming back from book shopping at Half Price Books. I really wasn't expecting much. Thought it be like all the New Jersey hole in the wall bars that serve food.

I was way wrong. My wife and I met Mo, he told us about the brisket special. It sounded too good. We ordered that and split the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese.

Everything was delicious. Even my espresso martini. Usually people put way too much alcohol in it. This one was perfect.

Even the bathrooms are clean as heck.

They were so amazing, left them a $20 tip. My wife and I are already planning coming here next time we are in the area.“
