El Tapatio restaurant in Auburn showcases the very best of Mexican food. I've tried many restaurants and taquerias in northern and southern California, and El Tapatio outshines them all. Their menu is large and offers everything from typical dishes like enchiladas, tacos, and carne asada to more exotic ones like pollo a la crema or aguachiles. This food is made with love.
This place is AWESOME! Food is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Come here for a Sunday brunch between 9am to 2pm and enjoy the unlimited deliciousness and mimosa for a low price!

El Tapatio put on the best Cinco De Mayo fiesta yesterday! The setup outdoors was so fun and a great way to spend the time waiting for a table. My kids had a blast. Service was fast/friendly, food was delicious, and the Mariachis inside were icing on the cake for me.
