Love this place in the fountains! Great atmosphere, great coffee, great customer service.
I walked in for my birthday, a sweet treat. Immediately met with the kindest workers. The girl’s name was Michaela and her male coworker I didn’t ask the name of 😭 but they were both so kind and offered water as well because it was extremely hot outside. My drink was genuinely ready a minute after the male barista heard me say the order to Michaela. This Pete’s was so clean, welcoming, and cozy. Will definitely be back.

The staff, like Nery, are kind and willing to make things right. The busy atmosphere at the Fountains can lead to delays, but the overall experience may vary depending on the day. Peet's Coffee offers a wide range of beverages and snacks, making it a convenient spot to grab a pick-me-up, even if the occasional off-day occurs.
The company could improve the atmosphere by adding more furniture and decorations to create a cozier environment. The vegan breakfast bagel is enjoyed, but some customers find it not big enough or fulfilling for the price. Peet's has good choices for plant-based milks, and customers are advised to ask about vegan flavor options.
