“Where do I even start? I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Lincoln In-N-Out was phenomenal thanks to their manager, Michel.

We’re regulars at this location. It’s the one fast-food place I never feel guilty about taking my kids to, and as a sports mom, we’re usually here at least once a week!

On this particular visit, I could tell the cashier was probably new. She had a few stumbles while taking our order, but she stayed positive and got everything entered. When I received our food, I noticed a couple of items had been rung up incorrectly. I let the team know, and they immediately made it right.

Even after fixing the order, there were still a couple of small items that weren’t quite correct on a different receipt, but I told them it was no big deal because we would still eat those as is. As we were finishing our meal, the manager, Michel, came over and surprised us with a complimentary meal card for the inconvenience; which honestly wasn’t necessary because they had already taken such great care of us.

Michel took the time to talk with us, was genuinely kind, and made us feel valued as customers. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly what every restaurant should strive for. You could tell her team follows her example, and it was refreshing to see such strong leadership in action.

When you compare this restaurant for it quality and prices..all these chain places are left way behind. Skeptical? Just try them..go ahead try them..then look at your bill. Hoity-Toity types won't like the fly or two buzzing around so they go across the street. Good place, been there 5 times at least.“

“This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. Whether you want savory or sweet there's something for everyone!“

“Wi-Fi did not work and it took over 45 minutes to find a way to use a Groupon. No mention at all about a Special Occasion that I mentioned. Food was just ok. I've had much better in the past at Black Angus. Overall a very sad and frustrating experience.“

“Ate at this spot this morning for the first time and this place is amazing, I had the Lincoln (brisket bennie with BBQ hollandaise sauce with fried green tomatoes and a side of apple sausage ) absolutely phenomenal, plus the barkeep hooked me up with a couple pieces of their house made candied bacon so good, got to sit next to a awesome family at the bar Krista, Karen, and bill who I shared the bacon and fried green maters with, they loved em too. “The owner Stevie is AMAZING! We came in with a big party of 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 5) around 8pm. We were looking for a last minute place to host our friends who were visiting us and Stevie truly went above and beyond my expectations! She made sure the adults were taken care of, as well as our kids. She and her dad were very attentive the whole night, even though there was another big party at the same time. She even made sure we knew about their kids section, which has bar stools and a counter full of coloring books, puzzles, books, magazines, playing cards, etc. Our kids were getting restless being at the restaurant, but she took time to talk with them, and entertain them with stickers and knick knacks. She even let them take a toy home! She was just the sweetest. It's hard to find a place that accommodates kids, and would never expect any establishment to bend over backwards just because have kids. But she was just so welcoming to us all. We will definitely be coming back!“

“The lady at the front was super friendly and smiled when she greeted my son and I. It wasn't busy so my order came up super quick. I had about a 8 minute drive before I could eat them but when I say that's one of the best cheese steaks I've had I'm not lying. It was sooo good and the fries were really good too. The burgers are incredible. The meat always tastes fresh and is cooked perfectly, the cheese skirt is truly one of a kind, and the produce is always crisp and fresh. You can tell they care about what they’re serving.
