“Took my son to MOD Pizza in Woodland today. Pizza was good and made correctly. I was a little surprised that half cheese / half pepperoni was charged the same as full pepperoni, but maybe that’s just company policy.
What stood out more was the customer service side. No mention of the app, rewards, or much effort to welcome a returning customer. Small things like that matter and make people want to come back.
Overall good experience, just room to improve. 4 stars.“

“Fast drive thru. Was in and out within 3 mins. Drive thru cashier was nice. Asked him a few questions if they had juice, milk, or anything similar since I'm trying to limit my soda intake and opt in for natural sugars. He said they only have lemonade.“

“The manager here is amazingly friendly, informative about the products here, he knows his stuff. The other manager is also great as well. I mean the customer service ROCKS it's above 100% the good is always made correct, hot, fresh and fast. I love this Taco Bell. P.s bring your wallet no freebies (lol) not even if your card is left behind. They are clean inside and always available to assist their customers. Thank you Freddie you're awesome!!!!“
