They have an awesome menu
I came to get I came to get a quick snack the voung lady that helped me was super polite and friendly and overall gave me a great service. I'm pretty sure her name was Fatima.
Slow and seemingly understaffed. My guess is management is trying to make some extra money by staffing a skeleton crew

Carl’s Jr. offers quick snacks with friendly service, as seen with a polite and helpful staff member. The restaurant has plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility. However, service quality has declined over the years, with recent drive-thru experiences marked by poor communication and long waits. Despite these issues, it remains a convenient place to dine alone or for a quick meal.
