First time at this location. It's always a pleasure to eat at In-N-Out Burger. I like that the food is freshly prepared and the customer service is always great. Only downside is that they are always packed! Not a crowd person. But I will always eat at this place before any other burger franchise.

I came on a Saturday night it was packed ! Ordered a well done burger and it was pink :(. I was disappointed but I told Johnny and he went straight to the cooks to get my order corrected. Then he came to my table to check on my order. He is the definition of great hospitality and customer service!

Coming from the south the hospitality from the staff was great ! A plus . ? Inside and out was clean . I was so happy to see fresh cut fries.I ordered the #2 single patty meal with animal fries.I was a bit disappointed at the size of the burger patties , however it was fresh and tasty but not much meat .
