Normally flawless. But today ordered through drive thru a plain cheeseburger and got a plain hamburger. By the time I was able to find parking and get it corrected the rest my order had gone cold. The milkshake was melting as well. Just sucks when this place is usually so good. Would be nice to have better parking but this seems to be a common practice at all In n Outs. More business that it was designed for.
I had the pleasure to be served by Lurain the manager there. I hope I got her name right ?. Truly for the first time i meet a manager this humble, respectful and very welcoming. She seemed to have such a sweet personality and lovely women. I came to this branch a few times before the employees there are always so nice and very welcoming. They treat everyone the same and make it a fun and comfortable experience.❤️ thank you so much

The best thing is that I lost my phone on the way in the restaurant and not only did someone find it, they turned it in to lost and found. Amazing! Service was great, food was great, it was really crowded that evening.Dietary restrictions: They offer lettuce wraps in lieu of buns.
