“Love the food and atmosphere“

“Their fresh burgers have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with mayo in between the bun. BBQ sauce as condiment. Just the way I really like it. Not too salty as at In 'n Out, no Thousand Island dressing as at McDonalds, and not overpriced as at most 'premium' outlets.“

“I loved this places because of it's atmosphere. It reminded me of your classic old school diner with all the red booths, pictures/posters, and the jukebox. “This is one of our favorite family hangouts! We have invited so many people here to drink and hang out with us. The food is amazing! There is nothing bad on this menu. Lynette is our favorite person that works here. She knows our family well. She knows to bring the beers first and then bring the menus for food after about 5 minutes. She always says hi to us and greets us with "how's my favorite family?"“

“My wife and I went the the Elk Grove location for the first time. Went on a Wednesday at 5 pm. Place was busy but wait was short about 10 minutes. The acoustics are not great making the place very loud, plus the background music playing its hard to talk in there. The room temperature was also a bit cooler than necessary. The service was good. We had a waitress who was very friendly. The two entrees we ordered were both served hot and were delicious. We also got an appetizer pizza which was ok, but a little soggy for me. We split a Smores brownie desert which also was good. So if you don't mind driving in circles for 20 minutes fighting others for parking the restaurant is nice.“

“I have been coming to the Elk Grove location of 5 or 6 years and it is the best. The employees are very nice, and the sandwiches are always delicious! They are the best of the best sandwiches by far! The Northshore is my favorite. The sandwiches are very fresh, have a lot of meat and produce and are well presented open face (see photo). Look at how much meat and produce there is compared to the amount of bread. The owner (I think her name is Lea) is very nice, very welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. I am always extremely satisfied when I go there. Great job, Lea!“

“We found out that original Pete's is more than just pizza.. The Italian food is delicious. The atmosphere is a little dry, happy hour was not so happy, the waiter was just there, not very warm, perhaps this was his first job or he really didn't care about the job.. but I definitely would consider coming back for more tasty food but this time will not be splitting a dinner we're going to have one each..ha“
