“It's well worth the cost. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere sublime. The filet mignon is absolutely the best in the Sacramento metro, the deviled eggs were surprisingly far beyond what I expected. This is a great place to have a wonderful meal with a cozy atmosphere and excellent service.“
“Lived in EG over 20+yrs, finally tried Jaime's, recommended by my co-worker. It was excellent! Great food, prices, portions, service, atmosphere. I had the deep fried strawberry French toast. My husband had the daddy's mash up. We both have hearty appetites but still had enough to take home! We will absolutely return to try different items.“
“I've only been here once but after my experience, all I can say is wow! Hands down the best gourmet hotdog I've ever had! I don't think it could get any better. I had the Kyoto Fire. Next time I will take pictures but honestly the menu pictures look spot on to what you get. What ever that corn toasted bun is... it's also excellent. The seasoned fries were seasoned and crisped to perfection also. Very friendly staff that greet you and thank you upon leaving. I observed the guy that was making the food come check on tables several times to see if they needed anything else. Hope this place stays around cause it's definitely on my list of favorites now. We got takeout but ended up eating at the tables outside.“
“Server Levi was very attentive and really nice from the moment we got sat, as a party of 6 and a toddler. Had an amazing attitude and made our dining experience very memorable for our first time. Was able to help us celebrate a birthday with no problem at all. Overall our first time here was amazing.“
“I really like this place. I've been coming for quite a few years. The food is very good and the drinks from the bar are pretty good as well, (catch them at happy hour). I love the minestrone soup and salad, both hearty and delicious. Try the chicken marsala you won't disappointed ?.“
“This is definitely not your typical breakfast spot. The restaurant is a bit hidden but once you find it, you will not be disappointed. I've been here once with my sister and had enjoyed my breakfast. I wanted to take my friend here to try their chicken and waffles, one of my friend's favorite go to breakfast. The service is great, someone greeted me at the door to take my name down and was seated in about 40 mins. This place gets super busy so know that you will be waiting for a table. The vibe you get in here is like any typical diner, can use a little of upgrading. I'm a little bummed out that they no longer have mimosa. This is definitely a great place to get breakfast, must try if you're in the area or want some chicken and waffles.“
“I went here with my son yesterday to try it out for the first time. My son had the Butcher's burger and I had the BBQ bacon burger. We both shared their Strawberry shake. Both burgers were pretty good and juicy..it's a little sad that they didn't come with fries and that you have to order it separately. That reminded me of the In & Out restaurant. I was anticipating that the burgers were going to be a little bit bigger but I guess because there was no fries surrounding them that it made them look a little smaller. Any how...newby mistake....I'll tell you what though...I wish I got another milkshake and didn't share because it was one of the best I've had...The service was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was mostly clear of the smoke from when you first come in. You'll definitely be hungry by the time you get there because it's a little hidden in the very back of the casino. Remember: order french fries..lol..and don't share anything...it's that good!“
“We went for dinner tonight and both had their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.... They were the BEST WE'VE EVER EATEN!!! Had split pea and ham soup and that was very very good too .... Now you need to know we eat their every single Thursday as it's their Sr. Night....So we've eaten their broasted chicken dinner, fried shrimp... Excellent also.. Fish n Chips... YUMMMMM.... If you live here in Elk Grove, you really need to try Mike's Diner....“
“Outstanding place for breakfast and lunch! It's small, so you better get in there early. The staff is very friendly and gets the food out quickly. It's a small family diner with excellent comfort food and plenty of it! Be sure to be there before 2:00 p.m. or you'll miss out?“
“First! The good! My breakfast was dynamite! Scrambled, three links, and wheat toast! And, a lot of coffee! Good coffee, after the first taste! Now! You guys need to figure a way for the customer to leave the money on t he table! The other night, there were probably six people waiting go pay! Then, after paying, I have to go back to the table to leave the money! I use a cane! I often have to ask/tell people to move!Dietary restrictions: Diabetes“
“I've been coming to Dickeys for years. This location and others. Food is always good. I typically get the 3 meat combo with green beans and Mac. Brisket, sausage, and pulled pork. I like the sweet BBQ sauce over the spicy or original. It's probably the best commercial or fast BBQ you can get. It won't compare to BBQ places that smoke their meat for days but definitely works for a quick fix. The service here at this location is great. The food is always warm and tastes fresh. Only complaint is the tables are consistently sticky.“
“I had just come in from a 6 hour drive. Very hungry and thought about a pizzaChicken pesto and Alfredo sauce with artichokes and black olives...It was great! It was a build your own pizzaParking: The team that was there was fantastic!!!They were very inviting and friendly.Thank you for your help and supportI know that my order was unusual. The pizza was amazing ??“
“Decided to spend the night in Elk Grove so I could get a good look at her, walk around and see what's what. The people sure are friendly, just like in towns a lot smaller. My ol pal told me what ever I do make sure I eat lunch at Mel Dog's Cafe! Because...Well, just because! So I did.I was totally impressed with everything. I got my hotdogs wrapped in bacon...it was Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆“
“Had a good chimichanga burrito. The atmosphere was good. It's a cross between a fancy restaurant and a fast food. You order in the front like a fast food restaurant, however you're served at your table. Unique. I liked it. There's televisions and a great atmosphere overall.“

“I haven't been here in a few years and I came back after cutting back on food to celebrate my grandfathers birthday and i seriously can't recommend them enough their customer service is wonderful and there food is nothing short of “
“I had the stroganoff It was fabulous... but $46 for a small bowl of pasta with a few pieces of filet, is a bit much. Had we not had the crab cakes and split a wedge salad, I would have gone home hungry. We eat there at least twice a month.. Our most favorite spot, but I'd suggest lowing the price on the stroganoff. All in All, everything was great!!“
