“Ok I have a hard time giving a 5 star to a place that is classified as traditional Italian.
So let's start with the greet. Was met by the owner who seated me and had a friendly convo like I've been there many times. Even though this was my 1st visit. The rest of the service team were fast and friendly and very personable. I started with the calamari appetizer and they were amazing. The fresh garlic on top as well as in the spicy marinara was just like I love. Fresh and has a kick to it. Then the
Chicken Parmesan with pasta, Bolognese was very fresh with robust tomato flavors and a nice sweetness to it. Now for desert. Lots of places mess up with the cannolis this is hands-down one of the best cannolis I've ever had. Not too sweet, but very balanced. Worth the drive from Reno Nevada. The bar area a was seated I. Was very nice with a couple tvs where the owner and I watched some fights on tv. Over all this place is very good and you can tell it's family owned and operated. Even the chef who is the owners son came out to chat. I love that. Makes you feel like family and that is what makes a great Italian restaurant.“

“Our server was Adrianna and she is amazing above and beyond!! Made our lunch the best ever. I hope you all get to have her. She went way out of way to make sure we got everything quickly and super friendly. That's customer service. I see her managing the place soon?. Thank you so much!!“

“Food was ok - beef stroganoff had 2 small pieces of beef in the entire entree, salmon was good but the potatoes were pretty boring. We frequent because we live very close, it's convenient and a beautiful restaurant but food is inconsistent and you never know what you'll get from one visit to another.“

“We've been there during our California round trip. Combining my two favourite food styles - everything we ordered tasted really good! My kid liked the restaurant's atmosphere! - If we ever come to Sacramento again - we will go there again!“

“Outstanding food and service. I grew up in North Beach area of San Francisco eating at Caesar's, Little Joe's, Capps, U.S. Restaurant, Columbus and others. Brick House Italian options rivals each of those legendary restaurants. Minestrone is the best! Pasta dishes are tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend. Geno, thanks for stopping by our table and greeting us, you are your staff are doing an great job.“

“Fantastic service. I was seated as soon as I came in. The facilities were spotless, glistening clean tables, not even a single fingerprint in sight. The lighting was warm, the music cool and jazzy. I ordered their house made chardonnay and it was perfect, crisp and buttery. It pairs perfectly with the calamari appetizer which was an amazing consistency, not at all rubbery and the coating was crispy and well seasoned. I will be returning!“

“Went for Father's Day dinner. My Dad loves the Lasagna and I had a very good Chicken Parmesan. Service was pretty good considering how busy it got as time went on. We had a 5PM reservation, so we were earlier. Only thing we missed was the parmesan cheese server. But it was still good!“

“Delicious pizza (we had the heirloom tomatoes with bacon) and it was so hot when I got to take it home and my kids and I were super impressed by the flavors and size. One of the best pizzas in Sacramento.“

“I enjoy Lampost service and beer selection. You can order pizza exactly as you like it either crispy or standard with any toppings you choose.Staff are friendly and attentive and the place is always nice and cool during the summer.The beer is always cold and pizza pipning hot!“

“Excellent New York style pizza. Everything tasted very fresh. The service was excellent! Inside is roomy and they have a coke freestyle machine.
