The guy working was super personable and helpful. Overall great ambiance and great price. Obviously it’s a holiday and it’s kinda dead inside but seems like a really cool place. “I found Crossroads Pizza & Pub completely by accident after randomly buying a Groupon, and it turned out to be one of my best impulse purchases in a long time.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I arrived a little early for the live music, but it looked like a great band was setting up, and the atmosphere already had a fun, laid-back vibe.

When I got home and finally tried the pizza, I was blown away—it was absolutely phenomenal. Great atmosphere, outstanding customer service, and amazing food… what more could you ask for?

“It had been a long time since we had been to Tony Baloney’s. This is definitely an establishment in the region and is a down to earth/hole in the wall environment. This was one of my grandfather’s favorite places to grab a sandwich especially their pepper steak sandwich. We highly recommend a pepper steak sandwich with some of the Carolina sauce on it. “For the first time in twenty or so years the dinner was a disappointment. The veal marsala was edible but bland and certainly not up to it's standard. The penne caprisio was flavored (??????) with a watery sauce yhat was best eaten with a spoon....the dish was returned and rebuilt with some moderate sauce that was not up to any standart....the lasagna was great“

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“I love their meals! The amount of money I’m saving because I’m no longer door dashing is embarrassing lol. Food is great and convenience is incredible. I’ve also been losing weight, because I’ve got a healthier option, and I split the meals into two sometimes! Wish they had vegetarian options, but I’m really happy overall.“

“My all time favorite pizza place. Unfortunately I moved to the Bay Area when I was a teenager so I can only get it when I come over to Sacramento or driving through to auburn or Reno. “OMG, fast spot for quality and tasty pasta. Get the Cajun chicken pasta. Noodles and chicken were cooked up perfect. Portions were generous. Sauce stuck to the noodles nicely, and spiced to perfection. insane value for quality, taste, and convenience.“

“The last 4 times I've ordered pizza for the kids have been from Pizza Twist. This is a new favorite and my new go to for a quick pizza. The place is welcoming and the staff is pleasant. The pizza itself is amazing. Personally, I think this pizza is much better than Round Table Pizza or Mt. Mike's, for a more reasonable price.
