The host(ess) wasn't very warm... a little standoffish... we almost walked out. But husband and I were there for the food.The servers were nice and attentive. Food came out fast and hot.The food was good, and portions were generous... the cannoli wasn't something we'd order again.
The restaurant is very nice, however the front desk person kept us waiting over 10 minutes. We watched her walk up and down a long hall speaking to various other employees. She then took a lengthy phone order for a party tray. She also did not make eye contact or offer a reason for the long wait. There were many many empty tables.On an up note, the food was wonderful! This is the best Italian restaurant! There was a old wrinkly guy and he was like a grandpa I never had, he was so nice and kind and everyone treated me like family, and there was this one guy with a beard who’s nice tooKid-friendliness: The kids are all calm and under control
