“100% on all counts. The only bad thing I have to say is that a lady came into the restaurant with her little dog and they didn't ask her to leave the dog outside in the car or ask her to sit on the patio under the heaters. I LOVE dogs, but inside a restaurant is not the place for them. They lost a star for that.“

“I hosted my Daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a hit! the party room is the best in town! I loved it because it's in the back separate from public with plenty of tables and chairs, a HUGE TV, and even a private arcade area! The staff was absolutely incredible and attentive! The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was delicious and I highly recommend it for a party or get together! Thank you Pizza factory Auburn for an incredible experience!!“

“just moved to Newcastle. Our fist visit & we will return. Started with the house red (get this) & crab cakes & salads. My Halibut with a creamy risotto. She had pesto ravs. All was spectacular. 5 stars. We saved some for breakfast.“

“Got the Alfie and spicy chicken parmigiana. Both delicious, especially the alfie, only compliant is it was a bit messy, drippy, but well worth it for the flavor. Not quite a calzone, not as thick bread and more emphasis on the fillings. Quick and helpful staff, great with recommendations. Vibe was a bit fast food like, but that’s what they’re going for.“
