Soooooo goooo000000ood!
Excellent italian food , a must try if you come to auburn.
Second time visiting. First time was lunch, second time was dinner with family. Both times have been exceptional. Great menu that is reasonable priced and exceptional wait staff. My lasagna was a Italian meatloaf. Another words, the chef does not skimp on ingredients. The caprese salad is a must. You will enjoy the over buttery garlic bread that is served with dinner.

Auburn Pasquale’s Ristorante | Italian is a charming family-run restaurant located in the beautiful old town of Auburn. The restaurant offers a variety of Italian dishes that receive high praise for their flavor and quality. Guests often enjoy dishes like the lobster mac and cheese, short rib tortellini, lobster ravioli, lasagna, and the simple yet flavorful Caruso, which features angel hair pasta with bright marinara sauce. The marinara sauce is praised for tasting fresh and homemade, while the pasta is occasionally noted as slightly overcooked, especially the angel hair. Starters such as crispy brussel sprouts with a sweet balsamic glaze and goat cheese are highly recommended and frequently ordered again. The salads, including Caesar and wedge salads, are also well-liked, with some describing the Caesar as the best they've ever had. For dessert, options like tiramisu, cannolis, and crème brûlée delight diners and leave a memorable impression.
Service experiences vary; some find the staff attentive and friendly, while others note inattentiveness during less busy times. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is cozy and quiet, ideal for relaxed dining. Food is consistently described as flavorful and made with care, and even those who are not typically lasagna fans find themselves impressed. Whether enjoying a simple dish or a more elaborate seafood meal, guests often leave satisfied and eager to return for another visit. Overall, Auburn Pasquale’s Ristorante provides a delightful Italian dining experience with exceptional food and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
