WHERE DO ALL THE LOCALS GO? Well, they dine at Edelweiss Restaurant 2 located in Old Town Auburn. Great little local joint where everyone knows your name! (note- Edelweiss Restaurant 1 is located in downtown Auburn and is managed separate of each other) This was my first visit to OId Town Auburn and Edelweiss Restaurant 2 and IMHO stood out above the other eateries. 46 omelet varieties? Since none of my daughters like corned beef, this is my best option to get the food I enjoy on St. Patty's Day. It is that time of year again, where Nabih Haddad, the owner and chef extraordinaire, prepares corned beef and cabbage. It is the most delicious dish I have ever had. The meat is always so tender. I am taking an order to a friend who cannot drive. She loves his cooking!
