“For the first time in twenty or so years the dinner was a disappointment. The veal marsala was edible but bland and certainly not up to it's standard. The penne caprisio was flavored (??????) with a watery sauce yhat was best eaten with a spoon....the dish was returned and rebuilt with some moderate sauce that was not up to any standart....the lasagna was great“

The only bad thing I have to say is that a lady came into the restaurant with her little dog and they didn't ask her to leave the dog outside in the car or ask her to sit on the patio under the heaters. I LOVE dogs, but inside a restaurant is not the place for them. They lost a star for that.“

I also had the Boscaiola with Italian sausage, which was very good, though the sauce-to-pasta ratio was a little light after adding the sausage. At 4:00 pm the other day, they did not open and then we saw through the windows all the tables and chairs had been removed. Since there was no signage outside to indicate they were closed, I searched the internet and found an article from mid December, 2025 that they were closing permanently on 12/31/2025.“

“My all time favorite pizza place. Unfortunately I moved to the Bay Area when I was a teenager so I can only get it when I come over to Sacramento or driving through to auburn or Reno. “We randomly stopped here after church last week and were pleasantly surprised! Pizza was crunchy but doughy at the same time, which was perfect and their ranch is fantastic!! Best part is that they give you ranch in a squeeze bottle!! Why doesn't every pizza place do that?! It was fun watching the playoff games with other fans...chill atmosphere.
