Went here for the first time tonight. Was a very intimate dinner. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price. Staff were amazing and completely accommodating of my disabilities.
Rodil was a very knowledgeable and attentive waiter. He never left us alone too long and came back often to check on us. Going to try to get the gang to go out here one night.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. Eating here was an incredible experience! The service was flawless, and the food…don’t get me started! I was with my family for my sister’s birthday. We got the seasonal salad to share and the Croquettes. So delicious! For my entree I had the braised short ribs. Omg so tender! We returned to Interlude for dinner with friends.This is probably the 6th or 7th time in. The whole experience was fantastic! We had a reservation and we were seated promptly. The service was outstanding and the staff really went out of their way to take care of all of our needs. The timing of dinner was great! It didn't feel rushed or too slow. Interlude Kitchen & Bar is a restaurant with great atmosphere. The restaurant looks amazing and has a smell of the brick oven. It has high quality food and a great cocktail menu. The service is excellent, friendly, and attentive. The staff is very well informed and trained. The food is amazing and spectacular, with great meals like oysters, baked brie, risotto, salmon, pork chops, and steak. The portions are surprisingly large. The restaurant is super clean and well designed, with a cute bar. It is a perfect spot for special occasions, like a 50th birthday. The pricing is good for the quality of the food. Guests can bring their own wine. Overall, Interlude Kitchen & Bar is a great place to eat, with top notch dining experience.
