Tried the very very fresh blue fin tuna nigiri, along with yellowtail, unagi, smoked shake, and A5 wagyu; all nigiri. Also had shared the wagyu fried rice with my wife. The nigiri was all so good I had to order seconds of the blue fin and wagyu. Also had the Capitol Roll from the menu. Everything was FANTASTIC.
Had ordered Spicy Maria. Such a delight, the burst of flavors, the lemon zest was so refreshing and satisfying.
First time having sashimi! Loved it and the ramen! OMG. I will definitely be back because I can't stop thinking about it!
