I opted for the signature ramen, “shiro ramen” a spine-tingling favorite. The broth was rich and deeply savory, with layers of umami that could awaken even the most dormant of bones. Each slurp brought a satisfying warmth that sent shivers down my… well, you get the idea. The noodles were perfectly chewy, a delightful contrast to my otherwise brittle frame. The size/portion is outstanding, the pictures that they have on the menu does not do it's justice. Also come with complimentary pickled vegetables as a starter and ice cream at the end. We got the Garlic Shoyu Tonkotsu, the Garlic Miso Tonkotsu, and karage with the nanban sauce.

Next time I will try the Okonoyami that they have!“

“My boyfriend and I went on a Wednesday. The place was super chic and clean. The music was really good too it was covers of some 90s music which was fire.Our server was sweet and made the environment very warm and welcoming. My boyfriend and I got miso soup cucumber salad for an appetizer which was PHENOMENAL. For our sushi rolls we ordered a dragon roll & a salmon roll (fried) both were really good and gone within 2 seconds. For dessert they have mochi ice cream and I ended up deciding on the mango flavor which was so light and fruity, delicious. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back!!!“

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“

“Food is always so yummy! We love the Midori Ramen. It’s such a unique ramen with pesto in it and the flavor is so good! We also love the Fukumi Ramen. The pork belly has amazing flavor. Also, if you like spicy food, the spicy karaage is a must! We order two orders of it every time now because it’s so yummy. The restaurant is a little small so it’s better for smaller sized groups.“

“First of all the barbecued chicken with rice and macaroni salad has no sauce on it, they give you one small sauce and i mean small. So I always ask for extra sauce and I am willing to pay for it. The only time I actually got the one extra sauce was because I was on them about it and they were about to forget it that time as well. I dont know whats up with them and their sauce. Is it expensive to make ornate they in short supply I mean c'mon already. If I could clear up the sauce thing. I would gladly give 5 stars because everything outside of the sauce problem, everything is great.“
