“Great ramen place at the convenient location, easy to access with plenty of parking. Food is good, but the ramen noodle in the normal size maybe smaller than expected, it has bunch of bean sprouts inside, but the meat and egg is in good portion. So I would say get extra noodle on your order if you come for ramen.“

The sushi was well made and tasted great! The service was polite and the atmosphere was very relaxing! All the art and paintings were fun to look at while dining. The appetizers were spot on! “Having grown up in Japan, and being used to my mother’s authentic Japanese cuisine, the food at Raijin Ramen is very authentically Japanese tasting and aesthetically appealing as is the norm for Japanese food. This is a departure from typical American “Japanese” restaurant offerings. The restaurant is very neat and clean, utensils are surprisingly upscale, and wait staff was very attentive. Food was amazing and portions were generous. Complimentary pickled tsukemono, and ice cream for dessert topped off a super pleasant experience. Definitely will come again and make this a staple go-to restaurant for our family.“

“Hokkaido Sushi is my go-to lunch spot, and for good reason. I’m here at least once a week, but often times more. I order the bento box every single time (usually switching up the main), and it’s always excellent; as a creature of habit, I have no issues with ordering the same thing every week, especially when the food is so tasty! The ingredients are consistently fresh and flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell everything is very thought out and intentional, from the presentation to the balance of flavors. On top of that, the service is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every visit. I genuinely love this place and always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!“

“They have a variety of dishes from sushi to noodles. I had Jajamyeong noodles. Good portion. They were ok. Will come back to try the other dishes. Side dish of Kimchi was delicious. Atmosphere and customer service Top Notch. Chef came out and asked all parties, how was our dish.“

“This place is great, and I’m so glad to have it nearby in Granite Bay. The ramen is great, but what surprised me is the sushi rolls. I had a rainbow roll that was much better than the rolls at a sushi restaurant I had just visited. Pleasant surprise!“

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“

“First of all the barbecued chicken with rice and macaroni salad has no sauce on it, they give you one small sauce and i mean small. So I always ask for extra sauce and I am willing to pay for it. The only time I actually got the one extra sauce was because I was on them about it and they were about to forget it that time as well. I dont know whats up with them and their sauce. Is it expensive to make ornate they in short supply I mean c'mon already. If I could clear up the sauce thing. I would gladly give 5 stars because everything outside of the sauce problem, everything is great.“
