“Website was broken, but decided to go in to order take out and try the place out for the first time. Very impressed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Placed an order and was ready really quickly. Freshness and flavors were top tier. Will definitely be going back.“
“I got the wing plate and I love that you can sub rice and noodles for pot stickers ?. Also got the fried calamari. It was everything. Definitely going back. For my drink I got the peach honey smoothie with basil seeds, mango poppers and fruit jelly. I wouldn’t change anything. It was amazing.“
“Pipo is unique in that it has Thai & Ramen both! I stopped in for a quick lunch in between meetings and was very happy with the food, service, and pricing. For spicy lovers, you can adjust your level and spicy actually means spicy here. Their Thai tea selection is excellent as well. If you want to support a local small business run by a wonderful family, then this place is definitely worth a stop!“
“??Wonton in Chili Oil - It smells garlicky and good, medium spicy level. The filling is good, a pork & shrimp stuffing, the garlic is the major flavor through the dumpling. This is one of the spicer versions of this dish that I've eaten.I would come back to try other things.“
“Overall pretty solid but wouldn't wait the hour +. Went right during lunch so was open. Really friendly waiter. I'd skip on the karate next time but the pork in this tonkatsu was amazing! Handroll was also solid. I'd rate a 7/10 overall. Loved the entrance, design, and atmosphere which really felt like I was back in Japan!“
“Small, cozy spot with bar seating for some good Ramen Soup- broth was rich and flavorful so much so the noodles were flavorful. Delicious. I'll definitely be back for the Ramen Soup. Gyoza and Sushi was decent. We got there just in time before it got super busy with a small wait time.Downer: Parking - is difficult and tight.“
“This place is Fire!! I was a little skeptical when we first walked in because of the size of the dining area. For a few minutes me and my family pondered leaving but I'm happy we decided to stay. The service was quick and the food was mind blowing. I had the House Ramen along with some chicken wings and everything was great. My wife, kids and in-laws were all satisfied with our food.“
“This is my favorite restaurant in Sacramento without question. I moved to the area about three years ago now, and it quickly became my go-to comfort food. Even when the pandemic started and the restaurant shifted to takeout-only, the food remained consistently excellent. I also want to say 'thank you' to the couple that runs the restaurant as well. They're both very kind and treat their customers well. P.S. I heartily recommend the house-made Thai iced tea.“
“All orders are done at the counter and picked up on the side for take out. Dine in, order at the counter and you are given a number and they will bring your food to the table. The food is very good. I think most of their business is take out but it is nice to dine there with my husband sometimes.Vegetarian options: The miso broth is very good. They have lots of options to choose what you want.Parking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: This is a family style dining establishment. They use chairs and not booths, so it could be difficult for some children to sit still.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no automatic door opener but the sidewalk is wide, not bumpy and easy to navigate.“
“I wish they had a place like this in Tahoe! We stop here 2-3 times a year on our way through the valley. The Red Ramen is my go to. Get it and you will not be disappointed. I’m not a mushroom fan but even the mushrooms in this dish are amazing. Can’t wait to go back.“
“The sushi, ramen, drinks, and appetizers were delicious!! My friends are vegan and they thoroughly enjoyed their veggie rolls and edamame. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the delicious rolls, takoyaki, and ramen. Our server was so friendly, easy to talk to, and attentive!! The location is central to other bars and clubs and the vibes inside is great! I would definitely come back :)“
“This place has great food, my daughter and I order the udon, green onion pancake, veggie gyoza, and amazing garlic edamame (one of the best I've had, if you like onion and some greens peppers with it). Packed with flavors and Thai tea to hit the spot. Decently priced and great service and parking lot.Vegetarian options: They have a vegan udon and veggie ramen. And some veggie appetizers.Parking: Small parking lot but manageable. And there is street parking“
“Vons Chicken opened a couple of years ago. They didn't do much to the dining room. It looks almost the same as before when this is Ramen and More. The dining room looks dated but comfortable and clean. They're famous for chicken. But my mood wanted the Bulgogi beef. So, I ordered the Bulgogi Rice Plate. It is ready in five minutes. It is delicious. The meat tastes excellent and juicy. I love it! I'll try their chicken one of the day. But I love their bulgogi beef very much now.“
“My sister own a business in the same complex and always raves about the sushi and owners. So I knew I had to try it out and it was the best sushi e ever and my husband agreed who is very particular. Can’t wait to go back! The nicest owners too! We will be back.“
“DELICIOUS! I had the 2 item Bento Box: spicy chicken Teriyaki and mixed Tempura. The box include two piece CA roll, steamed rice and salad. Also included cucumber in rice wine vinegar w/ a sprinkle of sesame seeds and miso soup. And their food is not overpriced. And you get generous portions.“
“I have been to this shopping center many times before and have never eaten here. I have been missing out! The food was cooked quick but wasn't fast food at all. It was super delicious. The staff was very friendly and often checked in on us to see how everything was. I would definitely recommend!“
“Popcorn chicken is a really good bite size. The Tea is good but would have been better with the mango fruits but it is not in season so no mango fruit. Place is pretty big but it was a couple people inside. Good service because she took her time with us. Couldn't make up our mind.“
“Great small place to get a mix of ramen, rice bowls, nigiri, and sushi rolls. Wide selection so you have a lot to choose from on what to eat. Location also has a nice ambiance but is on the smaller side which is comfortable enough to fit medium sized (6-8) parties. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite the digital menus and QR codes, you can only order through a server, but menus are only through QR code. This visit had us ordering different things. Our Chashu Don bowl had chashu that was dry and flavorless, including the chashu in the red tonkotsu. Katsu Don was over-sauced where the skin would be soaked but was still good overall. Gyuniku Don had the beef that was a bit overcooked but overall was still good. It's been a staple to come here when we're not sure what to get, so overall still a decent place to go when you want a selection of food, so not bad at all.“
“I am a regular here. One of the employees let us know they have a veggie bowl with just tofu that we can order that's not listed on the menu. Forever grateful because now Aloha is one of our go to stops. The price is super affordable, the service is great - the employees are kind. If you're vegan/vegetarian and can't have regular poke bowls just ask for the large veggie bowl - they give 6 scoops of tofu with any toppings. We get a base of brown rice and wonton chips (which are also really good). All for $10.95. And their boba flavors are amazing too! They come with a non dairy creamer which we love. Def recommend!“
