Yoshi Ramen and Sushi in Granite Bay is absolutely phenomenal. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, with kind staff who make guests feel instantly at home. The food is incredible, crafted with care and precision. The ramen broth is deeply flavorful and comforting, with perfectly cooked noodles and a little runny egg. The sushi rolls are fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented, with a perfect harmony of textures. Specific meals include Spicy tonkatsu ramen, red ramen, sashimi, rainbow roll, dragon roll, and salmon sashimi—all delicious. The sashimi is well presented and tastes fresh, while the tempura battery is light and crunchy, and the karaage is flavourful and tender. The agedashi tofu was a little underwhelming, but the overall experience is great. The restaurant has a new age, yet homey vibe with a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable on everything. The owner is super cool and really cares. This is a hidden gem in the Granite Bay area, and a 100% must add to the must see list. Five stars well deserved.
