“We love this place. The food is great and the service is wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your eating experience. We’ve have eaten there a few times since we found them and have encouraged our friends to try it as well and they’ve loved it too.Parking: It’s in a convenient strip mall close to our home. Easy in and out. We parked right in front.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the street level, my spouse uses a walker and they say us in the best place to move around for them.“
“I was looking for Ramen in the Folsom area on a rainy day and they certainly did not disappoint. Upon entering, approach the kiosk to order your ramen, the way you want it. If you're a party of 6, you'll have to wait to be seated. Take a number and they'll roll out your ramen and any appetizers you ordered.I had the black garlic ramen with a side of spicy sauce. The broth was flavorful and my favorite part. I added the spicy sauce (only comes as a side) and it was perfect. While not the best ramen I've ever had, they seem to produce consistently Stella ramen. I'd recommend giving them a shot.“
“We came in for the first time arriving there after they closed not knowing they had already closed, Debby our amazing sever took our order graciously and didn’t say a thing about us being there after hours. The owner then welcomed us with seat at the bar, we struck conversation with him and he made the experience 100x better with his joyous spirit. The instantaneous feeling of family makes us want to come back again and again. I’ve never been to a place where the owner peruses relationships with their customers so quickly and openly. Can’t wait to come back!“
“So good we went back twice in 1 week. We kind of wish the Wasabi plates were a bit better but small small detail. All staff are great!! Sake is wonderful. Eric is a Great sushi chef!*Inside tip~~~try the Miang Kham--wrap ingredienta in spinach leaf & keep chewing-!*“
“I travel for work every week and have to come to the area for the work I perform at nearby Beale AFB. I usually stay at the Residence Inn, however it was booked. I arrived Tuesday March 12th at about 430pm and was lookig for a good meal since I only had breakfast. I found this restaurant after a quick search and found out it was open recently as it was not there last time I visited. I sat at the sushi bar. Ordered hot green tea, my go to to relax me after my flight and drive from Sacramento airport. I then ordered the shashimi appetizer which was blue fin, golden salmon and pepperfin tuna. Excellent presentation and umami. I then ordered the spicy Gyunika ramen. The flavor of the soy broth and thin noodles made my day. The tender short rib and soft boiled egg were fantastic. The entire bowl was amazing. I then ordered the Ankimo, monkfish liver or the foie gras of the sea. The smooth texture, crisp cucumber, roe, and fig made this 5 portion plate well worth it. Dont think of the word liver when ordering and enjoy the plating and fantastic umami. I finished with yuzu cheescake and the soft creamy texture and chocolate was perfect way to end my meal, along with another cup of green tea. I decided that I would be back the next day Wednesday for more. I went back on the next day for dinner again and sat at the bar. This time I ordered the Seared Tuna Tataki, Unagi Don and green tea cheesecake. I again ordered a hot green tea, my go to even at home after a long day. The seared Tuna melts in your mouth and has very good flavor. I enjoyed every bite. I then ordered the Unagi Don, fresh water eel over sushi rice. It was amazing. The eel sauce and bbq eel were perfect and the extra sauce dripping into the rice made it even better. Finishing off with the green tea cheese cake and tea. I checked my schedule and I will be back in June for a week, can't wait to try more on the menu next time I am in town. As someone that travels 80% of every month all over the country and world I typically only eat Asian style foods when travelling; it is lighter , fresher and typically quieter in their restuarants. This is important for someone on the road like me all the time. Fantastic food and customer service.“
“Wish she put "to go" order properly for the fish chowder dish that comes with the rice noodle. The purpose of my driving all the way to Loomis to pickup two orders of this dish along with another dish was so that I can enjoy a little bit of that fish chowder dish each day since I normally need to eat high protein dish and this chowder dish does not have enough protein for me.It is very tasty but I had to finish it off rather quickly in less than 24 hours (alone) because in the to go box, rice noodle was mixed in with the chowder and my plan to use wheat noodle instead was defeated. So if you plan to order that fish for To Go, make sure to instruct her to pack the noodle separately.“
“This place has quickly become a family favorite for us. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is always top-notch. The one thing I will say is try to make a reservation if you come here because it is a small restaurant and gets packed very quickly.“
“We did the AYCE and it was amazing. The quality of the sushi was amazing for the price per person. Their service was great. Very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for bang for your buck. Will definitely come back again if we're ever in the area.“
“Love this place. One of my top 3 sushi restaurants in Sacramento area and I've tried dozens here. Love the rolls here! They really stand out from the rest. They have very unique combinations of ingredients and sauces that they use. The prices are also very reasonable compared to some of the other sushi places I've been to. The service is always good here too. Highly recommend this place.“
“I haven't been here for years. I couldn't even remember what kind of food they had. We decided to try it out again a few nights ago, and It was really good. They have a nice variety of food and beers. My wife got a cider and I got a peanut butter stout. It taste exactly like peanut butter. I liked it. We also ordered a few things to share. We got a pizza, some pulled pork tacos and a burger. My daughter ordered the macaroni and cheese. Even though I didn't try it, it looked good and she liked it. I will definitely come here again, and much sooner next time. They have outdoor and indoor seating, which is nice.“
“I rarely give a 5 star review, but this place deserves it.Service was prompt and courteous. The server clearly knew the menu well and she made recommendations to us and accommodations for us. We were in a group, but she provided separate tickets. She didn’t hover, but was watchful when we needed refills of their truly delicious green tea and boxes at the end of our meal. There is a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The lunch special is chicken teriyaki. A large serving of grilled chicken comes with white rice, a green salad, and your choice of potstickers or sushi roll. The chicken was grilled and served without sauce. Bottles of teriyaki, soy and sriracha were on the table so we could season our plate as we liked. Everyone was pleased with their choice and there were three clean plates at our table.Though this place is in a small strip mall across from Sierra College, it was very quiet inside. An absolute must for us aging diners! My ticket was $20, which is about in line with lunch specials these days and considering the generosity of the servings. Planning to return to try the fish!“
“We love Arigato Sushi! Everything we've eaten from here is delicious! My husband loves the spider roll, and I love the teriyaki chicken and anything tempura. We've dinned in, done takeout and also delivery. Everything has been great every time. If you like Japanese food, this is the place!“
“Pretty good fish and chips place, nothing super spectacular other than your typical fish and fish restaurant. However, they do serve sushi here as well which is something you don't find at most other fish and chips spots. I got the fish and calamari, the fish was good, crunchy and fluffy, very fresh. The calamari was crunchy but slightly rough and rubbery. The chips ( or fries) are crunchy and hot! I love it! Overall pretty good and the staff was super nice! I will come back again!“
“Came here for lunch for the 1st time last week. So good! I don't eat sushi, but the veggie roll and the mango shrimp avocado rolls were so good! Prices also reasonable and the service was awesomeKid-friendliness: They have something for everyone in the family“
“We had 5 children with us, the team that took care of us were kind and patient with our brood. The food was delicious and seemed to be on the bigger side of sushi rolls. The sushi came out chilled, it was refreshing. They even made a "kids" ramen for us with noodles and broth only. They were on top of refills and checked on us often even though we sat outside, and they were busy. This will be a must for us when we visit again.Kid-friendliness: We had 5 kids with us 13,12,8,4,and 2 they had something for everyone and even made "kid friendly" chopsticks so they could use them if they wanted. They also brought out forks just in case. They had kid cups and made sure they had everything they could need.In the restroom it would be nice to have a changing tableWheelchair accessibility: It would be a tight fit but definitely doable. The restroom is big enough for a chair to fit comfortably along with a caregiver if needed.“
“Best sushi in Folsom. Years ago, P.C. (pre COVID) aloha was in Cameron Park, and all was good. Then they moved to Folsom and I lost track of them. Around the very beginning of COVID, I had a bad experience, due to the changes in response to the pandemic. They are under new ownership now and everything is A+++ spectacular. One of the main chefs, who is a sauce genius, was not only a gracious host, he is a master of the art. Great portions, I would recommend a hand roll in addition to the usual roll, and you will most likely be satisfied.Vegetarian options: Everything without fish or pork“
“Most likely my favorite place to go for sushi, in any city I have been in (including San Francisco). You will never find a better sushi buffet than Raku, and they have two locations in the area (Sacramento and Roseville), and both are amazing.“
“Hubby and I wanted to try a new sushi place. So I googled "best sushi place near me". This place popped up. It was pretty good. Small place great for a date night. We ordered 3 different kinds of sushi, galleria, California roll and forgot the 3rd one name but it was really good. We'll have to come bsck and try other kinds.“
“My wife and I always order the sashimi platter. The seafood is always so fresh. The rolls we had were also wonderful. The food has always been great. I want to give huge props to our server, Nomi! She was outstanding! Very kind and quick with suggestions when asking what we wanted. She made my granddaughters 16th birthday wonderful! Thank you Nomi!“
“a little expensive judging by the price of the sashimi and the weight of the sashimi itself. everything is delicious. I especially recommend Lobstermania. a little noisy and full of people. The parking lot is full of cars during the day, but this is due to the businesses located in the same plaza. in the evening I think everything will be ok with parking.“
“Everything about sushi house is absolutely wonderful! The sushi chefs make the best rolls, and the main waitress that’s always there is the sweetest and always takes great care of us. They even modify things so that our two year old can eat easily. This is our go to spot.“
“Don't pass on this Japanese restaurant in Roseville! Located in a small shopping center, the restaurant wowed us with it's delicious food and generous portions! At first glance, the prices looked a bit high but when we got our food we we weren't even able to finish it all. The rolls are huge, the salads very generous in size, and the bento box was overflowing. Everything was fresh and tasted so good and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be coming back in the future!“
“Overall good experience in would recommend. Their phones for calling orders seem to only work half the time. Not sure exactly what's going on, maybe a temporary issue and will change with you in the future. A little on the pricier side but quality is good 9 out of 10 times. A few of the times we got rolls or rice plates that felt a little bit old, but we order here on a weekly basis so understandable to not be perfect all the time.“
“As someone that lives in San Diego and has fresh fish all around me, this place was head and shoulders above any other place I’ve tried. First of all, the restaurant was supremely clean and smelled great! No fishiness detected. The people were all friendly and prompt. Service was fast. I had the salmon and albacore nigiri and they were amazing! Huge portions and tasted so good!! By and away the best sushi I’ve had anywhere. My friend had some of their rolls and those were equally good too. Their menu was very large and prices were decent too.I will be back here every time I find myself in Sacramento. The restaurant may look small andnondescript, but it is well worth the visit. You’ll be thanking yourself that you did.“
“The buffet is overall pretty clean. I've been here 2x so far and they always bring out fresh dishes that are gone which is nice. The servers are polite and actively picking up your plates your no longer using. Honestly, I don't have any complaints! I feel like the price is worth it for how many dishes you can choose from. We'll be back again i'm sure :) PS. Don't forget about the Mongolian BBQ that's hidden (we missed it our 1st time here), choose your own toppings, and let the Chef, Chef it up!“
“This is a fun place to always watch them prepare your food. The chefs are good and the weight staff is a tentative. It's not knock down delicious but very decent. It's a pretty expensive place. The tips are built in for large parties which is typically why they get are high. The floors could be cleaned a little bit better and the countertops since a lot of the prepared dishes are more greasy thus it's harder to keep the surfaces as clean.Vegetarian options: If you have a lot of restrictions you probably ought to restrict yourself and stay home and watch CNN. Otherwise you can have soup and rice here.Dietary restrictions: You can stay home and have rice cakes and tofu if you don't want to go out and have fried food prepared in front of you.Parking: Hobby lobby and other busy stores are in this lot so it's hard to park most of the time.“
“We've been here twice - once for dine and once for take out. Both situations, we received our food timely and everything we ate was delicious. Our servers were friendly. The place was a lot smaller inside than i expected, but it was clean. We'll definitely be back.“
“We're super glad we found this place! We have enjoyed eating here several times in a short period. Customer service is wonderful! The menu is extensive and impressive! They have daily specials, happy hour specials, weekend specials, and lunch specials! There's an adorable covered and cozy outdoor seating area if you don't want to eat indoors!“
“We ate at their Eureka location. Busy Friday night, waited 40 minutes for a table. When this place gets busy, it's loud. They could use additional soft materials or sound absorbing panels. Once we were seated (party of 7) service was good. Ordered a number of platters, sashimi appetizers, hamachi collars, and extra pickled wasabi. Fish is always fresh and presentation appetizing.“
““There’s always room for improvement”Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Went for a walk in on busy day and hour and they manage it professionally. ?Server is polite fast and accurate also knowledgeable about the full menu?Food is too notch! I would say similar to top Michelin stars sushi bar. ?Place is neat and sanitized ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian availableParking: Free parkingKid-friendliness: High chair availableWheelchair accessibility: Ramp available“
“You gotta try this place! I bet you will keep coming back for such great food and amazing service. Portion was big and looked very appetizing! The place was very clean and i got seated as soon as i came in. Food i ordered all came out pretty quick and service was so great! Hugh parking lot was extra. I know this place certainly is my favorite restaurant in Roseville!“
“BF Miyabi in Roseville is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. They have delicious sushi rolls, sashimi, dannuri, and more yummy items. The service is excellent. All the waitpersons are very attractive and care for customers like their families. All my friends and family members enjoyed their meals here.Parking: The parking lot has enough parking for all the businessWheelchair accessibility: No problem with a wheelchair. ADA parking available“
“Busy for a Friday night, but it was delicious! The best sushi in Rocklin. Very friendly. In fact they were giving away sake shots towards the end of night cause they didn't want the bottle to waste. Then we looked at our bill, they forgot to charge me my two beers. Food was yummy!“
“Love this place. Wish it was closer to the side of Folsom we live at. The sushi is always really amazing and the prices are very reasonable as well. I stopped going to some sushi places because the started charging exorbitant prices. But hats off to the Hasu team for standing out. You have our loyalty.“
“Gina, the manager could not have been more professional and courteous. It was my first time here, so I asked for a recommendation I told her I did like seafood, and the seafood combination Ramen that I got was hands-down, the best I’ve had in California so far, I will continue to come here for the food, and for the great service that Gina and her staff Supply!“
“Awesome little place for over 6 years since we started coming here. This is not a fast pace franchise restaurant! Its small and cozy, and if they have lots of orders, then yes, we wait. Call ahead and order/ask. When too many online orders, then they can't serve everyone. Small family owned business ran by just two people. My husband and I love eating here at least on the once a month basis. I love how they pay attention to our preferences where when I forget to ask for specific things, they would remember and provide it like my little slices of lemon. Another great thing about the place is the great price. They are a bit hidden but Google will find it!“
“This place was recommended to us by our winemaker. Drove here from Roseville, and we were NOT disappointed! Sat at the bar with my wife. Gorgeous atmosphere - has the upscale Asian feel with unique modern art and design. Big bar. The dining area is beautiful. Outside seating is available with nice views of the canal and wildlife. The food was delicious and unique. Many options from sushi, sashimi, to ramen and upscale fish dishes. The chef embraces Japanese cuisine with all sorts of flavors. The ramen was bomb! The bar had 4-5 beers on tap - had even Japanese craft imports. What I loved the most was that they use fresh squeezed juice for their craft cocktails - the key for delicious drinks. Crafty gin options were really good. Thr bartender was engaging and motivated. We had an awesome experience. Will visit again 100% ! Highly recommend.Parking: In the town Center. Plenty of parking all aroundKid-friendliness: We asked, were told kids are welcome - will bring ours next time“
“I really really really love that thay cook in front of you and I also really love their steak medium rare like it is so yummy and also make sure to try out the sake or the PP man if you are a kid Highly recommendKid-friendliness: Just stay away from the fire“
“Umi Sushi has an affordable all you can eat menu with a HUGR VATIETY of different kinds of sushi. The baked mussels and friend oysters were a first for me, and were impressively delicious.Being a sushi lover, I often am disspointed with the quality of fish served for the all you can eat menu. They do not over rice their Nigeria, and the fish is perfect.I have ONLY one complaint, and it doesn't downgrade this restaurant below 5 stars for me. What is with restaurants that don't have fountain beverages? Spring for the machine, and your customers will thank you with tips. Make me pay for a 2nd diet coke and it's coming off your tip.“
“This is our go to Sushi restaurant. They know us here, so we may get a little better service than other's, but I doubt it. It took us a while to work through the menu. Now that we have, we know what we like and how to order so it doesn't cost too much. They have a great half priced roll selection. Check it out. They do get busy later in the evening, which is counter to most restaurants. We recommendWheelchair accessibility: Parking, Entrance, Tables and bathrooms“
“Macy was the best server we experienced in years. She's a 10 plus!!! She could teach others to hustle with a smile. The food was quite good as well. The establishment was clean and comfortable. We definitely will go back and recommend this place to others.“
“This place is a gem! Their patio is fun and had a nice chill vibe. The best part for me is the customization available when you order online ( and I've done in person as well) I've been ordering for over 6 months and visiting in person and never had a bad “
“PK Sushi is an excellent choice for fulfilling your sushi desire. They provide a diverse selection of rolls and other Japanese cuisine.Their establishment is conveniently located in Rocklin, making it easily accessible for individuals residing in the Sacramento region.Additionally, their exceptional service and pleasant musical ambiance contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.“
“While the ambiance (or lack thereof) might concern you about the quality, it should not. This has been the best sushi in Auburn for years and still holds that title. Fresh and generous amounts of fish with many options, most of which are great.“
“I decided to stop and order a teriyaki bowl, I have to say it was very tasty. I should have taken a picture to show you; it was enough food for two people and it was on the lunch menu. The food was fresh and the price was good I will definitely go back. This restaurant is hidden in the back by Safeway.“
“Wow! This is by far one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had... and I've loved and eaten sushi in the US, Japan, Taiwan...The food was exceptional. Our host went the night prior with a small team and enjoyed it so much she insisted we all come the next night... and so we did, all 13 of us.Sashimi Tina was cooked perfect with a light seer. We ordered 17 different rolls and not one concern or complaint. Go... enjoy... over indulge!“
“Finally got a chance to experience this ghost restaurant! It was a pleasure meeting Owner/Operator Chris. His hours are little funky so check first before your order. I decided to sample what he has to offer. His menu are limited but his fish are fresh. Don't expect any fancy premium collection like Saba, Hotate, Ikura, Amaebi, Uni...etc, he will do special request but takes a week as fish are coming from Japan. I ordered chef special roll, O-toro, sake toro, and Suzuki. I felt the nigiri rice was little too much for me, just a pinch of rice would bring out the flavor of the fish more. There's no set chef special roll, he'll make whatever he feels like it. Pricing was reasonable since it's a ghost restaurant. Will definitely return again to explore his other dishes.“
“This is Sacramento’s hidden gem! The food, ambience, and service is unparalleled. Get the baked mussels and Pepperfin to start, then the off the hook and jalepeno popper roll and welcome to heaven! Don’t tell anyone because then it will be super busy and popular!“
“I come here regularly, the food is amazing I definitely recommend the gyoza appetizer. The chefs are quick and the servers are friendly. The tall male server is extremely clever and always on top of his game. 5/5 would recommend this place over any other sushi restaurant“
“My friends were craving oyster shooters after a day at the river. It was my first time having it, and needless to say they were really delicious. I am now a huge fan and came back a few times for more especially in the summertime. This place is ordinary not too fancy with chill vibes with exceptional food. Their other dishes were equally as flavorful. The service was good, lots of parking available, and no reservations needed.“
