“I was in the area and was close to this place, so decided to try a bento box to go for a late lunch. I got the bulgogi, mixed tempura, and gyoza. The Bulgogi was so flavorful! It doesn't look appetizing, kind of dry looking, but it absolutely wasn't and melted in my mouth! So much flavor didn't need soy sauce mixed with the rice. I would say their salad dressing is good, but could use modifications, but that's my only critique. Also the miso soup was fantastic! Tempura was also a favorite.“
“We came in for the first time arriving there after they closed not knowing they had already closed, Debby our amazing sever took our order graciously and didn’t say a thing about us being there after hours. The owner then welcomed us with seat at the bar, we struck conversation with him and he made the experience 100x better with his joyous spirit. The instantaneous feeling of family makes us want to come back again and again. I’ve never been to a place where the owner peruses relationships with their customers so quickly and openly. “Best sushi in Folsom. Years ago, P.C. (pre COVID) aloha was in Cameron Park, and all was good. Then they moved to Folsom and I lost track of them. Around the very beginning of COVID, I had a bad experience, due to the changes in response to the pandemic. They are under new ownership now and everything is A+++ spectacular. One of the main chefs, who is a sauce genius, was not only a gracious host, he is a master of the art. Great portions, I would recommend a hand roll in addition to the usual roll, and you will most likely be satisfied.Vegetarian options: Everything without fish or pork“
“We've been here twice - once for dine and once for take out. Both situations, we received our food timely and everything we ate was delicious. Our servers were friendly. The place was a lot smaller inside than i expected, but it was clean. We'll definitely be back.“

“Love this place. Wish it was closer to the side of Folsom we live at. The sushi is always really amazing and the prices are very reasonable as well. I stopped going to some sushi places because the started charging exorbitant prices. But hats off to the Hasu team for standing out. You have our loyalty.“
“This place was recommended to us by our winemaker. Drove here from Roseville, and we were NOT disappointed! Sat at the bar with my wife. Gorgeous atmosphere - has the upscale Asian feel with unique modern art and design. Big bar. The dining area is beautiful. Outside seating is available with nice views of the canal and wildlife. The food was delicious and unique. Many options from sushi, sashimi, to ramen and upscale fish dishes. The chef embraces Japanese cuisine with all sorts of flavors. The ramen was bomb! The bar had 4-5 beers on tap - had even Japanese craft imports. What I loved the most was that they use fresh squeezed juice for their craft cocktails - the key for delicious drinks. Crafty gin options were really good. Thr bartender was engaging and motivated. We had an awesome experience. Will visit again 100% ! Highly recommend.Parking: In the town Center. “We love sushi Kuma. The service is excellent and we always have great food. We always make sure we tip well and show our appreciation! This is my only suggestion for the business: you create a menu and then you say everything is "half off". We all know that the Sushi is always the same price - all the time - and you make it seem like you're getting a deal by putting that your menu is "half off". Just make new menus.“
“The menu is jammed packed with innovative options, and everything we ordered was loved! It was so good, we went back the very next evening. Baked mussels, agadeshi tofu, Lobster roll, Molotov Roll, Chicken Katsu, and Double Bogie were excellent!“
